Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich wie bei Freunden gefühlt, das Zimmer hatte einen wundervollen Ausblick und der Pool war schön, direkt beim Hotel sind 2 tolle Malls und ein Streetmarket. Ich werde definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen

Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression.

Stayed here for a few nights with my husband and INNiSide was a great place to sleep, with a nice big bed, functioning air con and a clean bathroom area. The gym was tidy and while we didnt use the pool, it looked really nice. Being connected to EkoCheras Mall meant that there are always options for food, and the walk to the MRT is pretty easy through the mall. It does also have a convenient round about pick up/drop off area in front for those getting picked up by car. Staff were great too and always checked with us that everything was fine. Will happily book again :)

When we arrived, the air conditioner didn't work. We arrived very late at night, so that was a little annoying, but a repairs guy quickly fixed the situation so that was appreciated.

Ligging is uitstekend in een shopping mall met overdekte toegang tot de metro lijnen om te reizen naar overige plaatsen.personeel is heel aardig en hulpzaam. Een negatieve punt was dat de badkamer niet zo netjes schoon was. Mag opnieuw worden gekit. Voor te rest een prima hotel.

Good front office greeting and customer svc friendly interaction focused to providing that GEM. Kudos to Natasha and Vivian for a fabulous room for a much needed rest. Breakfast was locale standards but would be good if extended to more variety. Hotel accessible to shopping mall and walking distance to mrt station. Good viable and hotelable area.

Das Frühstück ist sehr asiatisch geprägt. Durch die Menge an hauptsächlich Asiaten, sehen die angebotenen Speisen schnell unappetitlich aus. Das Frühstück kann verbessert werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zur Metro ist sehr gut.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. I paid for breakfast and so got to use the dining area. The staff were very friendly, polite, constantly made sure that the area was cleaned plus the food was topped up and presentable.

Stayed here for a few nights with my husband and INNiSide was a great place to sleep, with a nice big bed, functioning air con and a clean bathroom area. The gym was tidy and while we didnt use the pool, it looked really nice. Being connected to EkoCheras Mall meant that there are always options for food, and the walk to the MRT is pretty easy through the mall. It does also have a convenient round about pick up/drop off area in front for those getting picked up by car. Staff were great too and always checked with us that everything was fine. Will happily book again :)

Good front office greeting and customer svc friendly interaction focused to providing that GEM. Kudos to Natasha and Vivian for a fabulous room for a much needed rest. Breakfast was locale standards but would be good if extended to more variety. Hotel accessible to shopping mall and walking distance to mrt station. Good viable and hotelable area.

Ligging is uitstekend in een shopping mall met overdekte toegang tot de metro lijnen om te reizen naar overige plaatsen.personeel is heel aardig en hulpzaam. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. I paid for breakfast and so got to use the dining area. The staff were very friendly, polite, constantly made sure that the area was cleaned plus the food was topped up and presentable.

very helpful staff. When request for connecting room, they do try their best to accommodate your need. However, I believe due to the last guest late checkout causing the floor in the room we're staying are not properly clean. Car park is at 7th floor of the EkoCheras Mall Gate B. You get a flat rate MYR5 per entry.

The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. Cannot fault the hotel at all and will be staying here every time I visit Malaysia.
