Brand New Luxurious Property and Huge Outdoor Space

Great setup and well taken care of. Highly recommend

The house was nicely done. A few big issues while we stayed there and the management company seem to ignore these items when brought to their attention. 1) The main house living room had a smell of cigarette smoke, which was not great 2) While the rooms were great, the general open area of the house wasn’t totally clean. We found dirty pots and pans that had been put away. 3) The back home had multiple days of a bad sewage smell that we couldn’t figure out. Both nights staying in the back house were intolerable and nauseating because the smell was so bad. 4) The mattresses in the entire home were really bad. Every single one of our guests slept uncomfortably each night. 5) Upside is management was generally responsive through VRBO messenger tool but downside was that when these items were brought to their attention, they seem to not really do much at all.

This is such a great set up for a group. We came in for my daughter's wedding on Labor Day weekend. It was incredibly hot! Thankfully, these 2 houses became our refuge from the wedding drama. We were able to sit in the back yard under beautiful large pecan trees and play in the pool. The shade was perfect! The artificial turf made it incredibly easy on the toddlers. The Main house was large and equipped with appliances that made it easy to hire a chef (Austin Artisan) and feed my crew without a problem. The Main house has a large entertaining area with a half bath down stairs. The second floor has a primary suite with a king bed and large attached bathroom, Two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and washer and dryer in the hall. The 3rd floor has a large king bedroom with bathroom and their own a/c unit. This room has skylights that will not let you sleep in, so I left some blue tape to foil them. There's a tiny loft bed that fits a child, in the stair well up to the 2nd floor. It's super cute. The second, back house, is two stories, with a large living and kitchen area and a tiny bathroom with shower. Going up to the 2nd floor is a King bedroom with a bunk room, divided by black curtains. This room worked perfectly for my son, daughter-in-law and their 2 children. Their 2yr old slept in the bunk while their 6 month old slept in the port-crib, provided by the house. Then there is a second bedroom with a queen bed. These 2 rooms are separated by a shared bathroom.

The house was great for our group!

The place blew us away. It is a fantastic location. Close enough to everything we needed and more.
