Opciones de hospedaje recomendables en el centro histórico de Querétaro. Zona antigua con restaurantes, cafés y variedad de puestos de artesanía en los alrededores. El restaurante del hotel tal vez haya superado, por su calidad, las generales del establecimiento hotelero. El gaznido de las palomas que reposan en los balcones al amanecer incomoda un tanto y la falta de ascensor en funcionamiento dificulta la subida a los cuartos de los adultos mayores. Las habitaciones no cuentan con telefono y las comunicaciones deben hacerse por whats up.

I would never stay at this hotel again. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel was very noisy, making it difficult to rest, and the employees were rude and unhelpful. Before going to bed, I informed the night shift receptionist that I would be checking out at 3:00 AM because my flight was departing at 5:00 AM. I politely asked if she could have some coffee ready for me, since the coffee machine is located near the reception area. When I went downstairs at 2:55 AM, I discovered that all of the hotel’s doors were locked. The door leading to the reception area was also locked, and a trash can had been placed behind it, preventing it from opening. The receptionist was nowhere to be found. I repeatedly called the reception phone number, which is a cell phone, but no one answered. I knocked loudly on the door for several minutes because I needed to leave for the airport, but there was no response from anyone. Eventually, I was forced to push the door open and move the trash can myself just to reach the reception area. I left my room key on the counter, unlocked the main entrance door, and left the hotel. To make matters worse, the coffee I had requested was not prepared, the coffee machine was turned off, and there were not even any cups available to get a glass of water. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. A hotel should never leave guests locked inside without staff available to assist them, especially during overnight hours

Awesome place to stay! Excellent service from staff. Hands down, wonderful experience! Had no issues. The food from restaurant was excellent!

El hotel es muy lindo, lamentablemente hay ciertas habitaciones que no cuentan con elevador, lo cual puede ser difícil para ciertas personas. Un par de días nos tocó que se fue la luz, aunque no fue problema de ellos, no tenían manera de resolverlo. El personal fue atento pero carecían de experiencia y el nivel de ruido por la limpieza creímos que fue excesivo. Nuestro cuarto en particular no se podía abrir la ventana lo cual creemos que es inaceptable. Ubicación 10/10. Restaurante 10/10. Cuarto 7/10.
