i Stay there every time i come to town, always found it meets all my needs, like ample parking, great food & beverage, very suitable rooms & ammenities, secure & quiet. Very friendly staff !!!

Web Site infers that there are 3 Restaurants NOPE. It is a food court style eating not bad not good. Food is OK service is great friendly and helpful. Parking for the Hotel is terrible, you need to park way in the back then carry all your things back to the front because of only one elevator, is at the front. Rooms are OK showers are super small, but everything is clean. Casino small

This is a great place to stay and play. The rooms are nice and the prices are really reasonable. Plus you can just get in the elevator, go to the first floor and gamble all you want, 24 hrs. a day/

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, bathrooms are large and restaurant has a good food. The staff is very nice, good lounge, awesome outside area, a good selection of slot games, but no table games. I always stay here when I'm in Lake County.

We had just pulled into California for the beginning of a vacation and this was the hotel that we booked for the night and I have never been more disappointed in a hotel or its staff. The employees here were unkind and treated us as a burden. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool. However, it was dirty and there were no lounge chairs or tables for anyone to sit. Truly disappointing stay. The pictures of the hotel and pool are deceiving.

Plenty of handicap parking everywhere.

The security was great there and felt like my kids were secure.

TV was out when we checked in and took over an hour to get someone paged to the hotel front desk. Bathroom floor was sticky & wallpaper was peeling in a couple spots. Spotlights in parking lot shine right at hotel windows so have to keep curtains closed vs enjoying any kind of view. Pool was nice, but no extra towels provided and there again you have to find staff to assist. Felt like a bare minimum type of stay. And room had zero information on where to eat or if room service was offered and couldn't take my kids to eat in the casino, wasn't gambling anyways so this info would have been very helpful if they wanted me spending my money at their restaurants. Got fast food & Safeway delivery instead

Carpet dirty around furniture, Bedroom TV small and mounted lower than the bed. Big kitchen, however not even napkins or paper towels were provided. K-Kup coffee machine overflows the tiny cups given, made a huge mess with nothing to clean it up. No streaming capabilities even on big screen TV in living room

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff was terrific. The hallway was quiet, and the room was clean. The first time we stayed, the room was not cleaned well. I would say that they could update some of the furniture. The king-size bed seemed larger than a standard king. The bed was really firm, also.

Our bed had pubic hair in it. The shower was dirty. There was hair all over the table and our room smelt like old feet and cheese

The carpet was stained and looked like it had not been vacuumed. The cable TV was not working. I asked at the front desk, and when I mentioned the dirty carpet, both receptionists just looked at each other laughed and said they would take care of the issue, but they never did. Called the front desk about room service they said it's only done after a three- day stay. Very unsatisfied with this Casino Hotel. They won't get my service ever again.

First of all, I want to say the young people at the check-in were extremely nice. Now, when we get into this, it’s not pretty they put me in a room that I’m sure hadn’t been used for a very long time or housekeeping doesn’t know how to do their job! There was hair in the bathtub. It looked like a tooth in the sink drain! The sheets on the bed had stains on them. Maybe they were clean maybe not? No closet door no ironing board. I could tell something was not right. I did get moved into another room , it was in much better condition. Another really important thing is if you have any kind of allergies, especially to Febreze, this is not the place for you. This place just really needs to be redone. It’s old it’s dirty but everyone on the property is very nice! I will not stay here again until they do a remodel on the rooms. They really need to be cleaned. the carpet is horrifying. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this one really caught me off guard. There are limited places to stay in this part of Lake County.

Was really surprised that the restaurant was only open on the weekends, There was a food court like counter to order food from. The steak sandwich we had was very good and talking with some others their food was really good. Just had to take your food and go find someplace to eat it with plastic utensils and plastic clam shell plates. Rooms were clean and spacious bed was a little hard for me and I like more pillows as there was only 3 on a king size bed. Based on the area this is probably the best value and consistency around. Also good cheap fuel across the street.

Descent place to stay. Quiet. Overall clean, but could use a little more attention in the cleanliness dept.

Walls are very thin. People on both sides were very noisy. The TV was the size of a computer monitor.

It’s a really nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the lack of light blocking curtains on the windows. If your room is facing the parking lot, it’s brightly lit at night. Has no decent restaurant, but Wild Creek a few miles up the highway is highly recommended.

Solid choice for a place to stay in Lakeport. It was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of parking. Decor is a little dated.

Our room needs remodeling it was well used.

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and the beds are very comfortable.

Rooms are large and spacious. Decor is a little dated but the bed was comfy and we had plenty of room for visiting with family. Staff is pleasant. We always stay at Robinsons when visiting the Clear Lake area. On-site restaurant has improved immensely since our last visit and the food was excellent this time.

It was a big room

The TV was not working. I went to the front desk and they never followed up. Also, really small tubs.

Front desk was not staffed at check in. Had to wait for someone to return. T v did not work had to change rooms. On check out the front desk was not manned. Had to wait . I got tired of waiting so I left the keys on the desk and left . Appears the front desk is understaffed.

Service was not friendly like we were an inconvenience

People were bright spot of this stay. Desk clerk came to room to fix tv (excellent). Dining hall staff super friendly and helpful. Room in need of upgrading, plumbing repairs and modern tvs.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel provided us with a nice place to stay, while visiting friends for a 4th of July BBQ.

It was a great visit! Keycards demagnitized four times in three days but the problem was resolved swiftly each time.

We were 3 people and Bathrooms Towels were for 1 person, asked assistant for TV then I was told by the front desk if I didn't figure out myself to call them, nobody came along with me to teach me how to do it, I am always visiting them, seems like no improvement at all about Hotel Service,

Quiet room far from the casino action, which was what we wanted.

Casino floor was nice! Hotel was clean but looking a little worn, but for one night it was fine! Sound proof windows would be nice! Highway kept me up at night!

Just average, cafe was overpriced and not good food

We have stayed at this casino hotel in the past. We don't gamble, rather we've been in the area for business several times. Although not new, it looks quite new and is well maintained overall. As with any lodging facility, it can experience a malfunction. One previous time we stayed there, the heater in our room wouldn't respond to the thermostat setting. It continued heating until the room became uncomfortably warm in the middle of the first night of our stay. We were switched to another in the morning upon request. The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable, stocked with expected items, the exception being facial tissue. The restaurant is more of a deli and pizza parlor with moderately acceptable, warm and cold foods. sort of a pizza parlor with moderately acceptable traditional foods, not particularly well prepared. What would you expect of a casino? However, the other casino immediately to the west on Hwy. 20 is better. We don't dine at this one, but would dine at the other option, just a quarter mile or so away. There's not a lot of comparable choices in the immediate area. If you don't mind walking on the periphery of a casino to the front desk or the elevators, this is an acceptable choice. Staff is courteous and helpful.There is security and the parking lot, immediately outside the front door is well lighted and feels safe. After the first night of our initial stay wrestling with the heater, everything has worked well. We'll return.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I love that it has a refrigerator and microwave. Didn’t win BIG, but had fun. The live music in the bar was cool. Not much for food options, but everything was delicious.

The resort does not have a restaurant. They have a food court. The food was not very good at all. The first night I had some of the Chinese food and fried rice not edible I threw them both away. The second night I got a pepperoni pizza it had no pizza sauce had no flavor was not very good at all. I was very disappointed that there was not a restaurant. I was kind of disappointed in my room there were cigarette Burns in the carpet and the carpet didn't feel very clean it was a very small TV. And they only come clean the room every other day I was expecting my room to be refreshed the first morning of my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. The pool area is a little odd. The gate opens on oppopsite side of pool, away from hotel. The biggest negative is the food situation. There is no restaurant in casino or hotel. The little food counter thing was out of everything we wanted for both dinner and breakfast

For the price, I guess this type of stay was expected. The rooms were pretty clean, but most carpets in the room and the entire hotel/casino are pretty stained. It was ok, nothing terrible, but nothing great. While we were at the pool with our kids we watched someone clearly on drugs case cars in the parking lot, called security, they were not concerned. So, we really didn't care for that. Casino is nice, but small. Restaurants aren't really restaurants, more like a cafeteria, but food was decent. I don't think we will ever stay here again.
