We have stayed here twice and love it! We originally chose the hotel because we could reserve a one-bedroom suite which is nice with a toddler. The hotel is clean and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

There was a pipe burst one morning after my travel day to NY so I had to walk 4 blocks to shower at a gym on a cold April morning. They didn’t offer me any compensation for the trouble I went through before a busy work day… that being said, when I asked for a breakfast voucher they gave it to me. I feel like they could have done that outright (or free breakfast for my entire stay) instead of me having to ask. The staff was very nice and my room was comfortable, but don’t think they did enough to acknowledge the unusual hassle and grace I gave them at the time.

Very pleasant stay at the Fitzpatrick - the hotel has the best staff, courteous, professional and helpful. The location in upper manhattan is perfect. We have been going back year after year and we are never disappointed.
