Property was nice but the staff looked a bit confused. They were not able to provide all the required services. Overall experience was good but not great which is expected from a 5 star resort. Otherwise the property feels good.

Great heritage hotel well laid out set in a tea garden estate. Service and staff were excellent and the food was very good. Only 30 mins from the airport.
