The hotel was recommended by an old friend. It is no frills experience. It is really meant for people staying more than week. There is a charge after one exchange of dirty towels to clean towels. If you want your room cleaned daily there is a charge, emptying waste containers is the guest responsibility. Security was very good. Plenty of parking. Small kitchenette was very convenient, you can rent kitchen utensils from the front desk. We just picked up more towels and kitchen appliances from a store nearby.

First, the room was very clean. Easy parking. The front desk staff member wasn’t available when I checked in… had to wait outside the door until someone felt sorry for me. No one picked up the phone when I called 500. Annoying.

Good location with ample parking.

I Liked there was no loitering and locked at each door

Booked a handicap room they put me on the 4th floor and for 4 days straight the elevator was broke

Extra security is a blessing and a curse. Locked out making check in hard to accomplish.

The hotel is clean but whatever they spray on the carpet in the elevator smells like weed. The beds are sooo uncomfortable. The office has weird hours and if they are not there you have to call them. Have to use your card to get through the main door and another door to get to the elevator. There are a lot of rules. They don't clean the room but every other week so we got our room cleaned two days in on our 10 day stay and never got another cleaning. Their coffee machine was always empty.

The room was nice and was very safe hotel property. I loved how the doors are always locked and you need a key card to get in. The staff was nice and friendly as well.

The place was nice and newer. Rooms were ok. Staff was kind of rude, left me waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up. This whole place is on lock down also, you can not even get into the lobby to check in without getting buzzed in or having someone else let you in. Just kind of a weird experience overall. Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything and everyone around your room. Kind of annoying, especially getting woken up at 5 am by other guests getting their day started early.

The place was constantly being cleaned. Very quiet and peace, the staff are amazing.

Very clean! They use some air thing that smells weird to I guess deodorize the air. I didn’t like that they invade your space doing inspections or the fact they expect you to wash the linen they give you and you can only exchange linen once. You have to take your own garbage out and only get housekeeping once a week. You are able to ask for cleaning supplies to do the work yourself!

Well kept property! Staff keeps hallways and common areas smelling good and clean at all times. Suite is pretty modern and comfortable.

Desk attendant was not friendly. Very curt in her responses. Bed is very low to ground and not very comfortable. No Kleenex.

Hardwood floors were nice and the bathroom was spacious

Room simple. why have a kitchen when no kitchen items? The room was fine ,bed comfortable except it slides on floor very easily. Room other wise is fine. Staff were fine. My complaint is the people that stay there are doing things like smoking outside my room window. I’m on second floor over entry way at night when i want my window open I get to smell smoke. One guy every night sat in his car outside my window every night and played his music as load as possible. Some times until midnight. Same guy was in car and his girlfriend or wife was trying to control him because he was drunk and she was hanging on to him as he threw up in the parking lot closest to the entrance . They were loud until 1:00 in morning. One night I worried about getting out of car because a guy was standing next to back entrance smoking and just didn’t seem right. I made sure I had my key card ready and as I got to door he was smiling and saying weird stuff to me. I made sure I pulled door shut fast behind me. Next morning a mentally ill woman with torn clothes shoes falling off was wondering around building. I heard her yelling out words to nobody. I came down to get coffee and one of the cleaning ladies was saying don’t open the door because we don’t know what’s going on with her.Couple hours later, a front desk worker was trying to get her out. Someone must have accidentally let her follow them in . She stayed in exercise room until that night.Seems like people live there.Won’t stay there again.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the loud & rude guests above me. Not walking but stomping, dragging things back and forth across the floor.Truly sad that you can't find peace anywhere!

The bathroom and room were good, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The issue was the internet. You are supposed to be able to register two devices, but I was only allowed to register one. Once a device is registered, it cannot be changed. So if you connect your phone first, you won’t be able to switch to your laptop later. Although the system offers the option to purchase access for additional devices, I couldn’t get it to work. When I asked for help at the front desk, they said the Wi-Fi is managed by a third party and advised me to contact them directly. I ended up connecting at the public library. Keep in mind: this isn’t a hotel, it’s a long-term stay place, and you’re not a guest, you’re a tenant. When you arrive you sign a lease.

This was a major inconvenience as I need wifi wi work. The property provided cheap garbage bags that’s ripped easily. I was stopped several times about an authorization/payment and I pre-paid for my stay. Following up with the wrong guest about personal matters shows how much the employees don’t pay attention to details. This was extremely annoying.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here and plan on trying to stay longer, if we are able. Valerie went the extra mile and so did her staff. She went above and beyond. Everything was clean, secure and would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here while in town. Celeste, Ashley, Toni, and Komauri were polite, courteous and always available to answer any questions, comments or concerns. A staff, A property. We couldn’t be happier about our stay. Property inside snd outside was in excellent condition and well maintained. Good size suites and appliances. Maintenance staff excellent. Lobby staff rude and not friendly.

The room was clean. The staff were unprofessional. One young male was behind the counter swearing at someone on his phone the entire time I checked in. I almost left, except I was exhausted. The young female checking me in was chewing her food, while asking me my name, and after licking her fingers, typed and swiped my room card and then handed it to me. There were large and loud groups inside and outside the hotel. There were cars sitting in the parking lot with their cars running and loud music booming through the walls. In the middle of the night, a woman started screaming in the hallway, apparently her boyfriend had locked her out of the room on purpose. This was an extended stay and appeared to be living residence for many of the clients. You could hear every step of the person in the room above. I would never stay here again.

No security patrolling the area. My car was stolen from in front of the main entrance door. The hotel managers were nice and so were certain staff members. There was one housekeeper that was particularly giggly whenever I passed her, or she’d try to avoid talking to me when I had to interact with her (she’d go and hide when I attempted to get her attention), which gave me the idea she’s involved. I was told by the rental car company that this area is bad although this is a new budget hotel. So please be warned. DONT… Do not book here, unless you have a kill switch on your car. Or someone can watch it closely. Some of the staff and guess actually live at this hotel. And although it’s new, it’s degrading quickly.

Hotel was fine and room was clean and well designed. Nice enough place just odd it didn’t have an Ice machine anywhere. It is away from any other amenities so getting food or provisions wasn’t an easy option.

The staff were very friendly. They were very good at keeping the hotel clean. I saw staff twice mopping the floors at 4 am. That is commitment to their work. The only issue was other guests causing disturbances in the parking lot.

There is no security for the property. Certain professionals are targeted. I usually stay 2 days max here (I’ve stayed 4 times over the past yr) but I stayed a week in September 2024 and on the third morning my car was stolen. The property is just off the highway but I had no idea that it was a bad area. If you are a working professional don’t stay long and do whatever you can to be sure no one can target you.

Not a good area for living

The property was clean and a good value but felt unsafe and too many transient guests. It was loud and there was always folks outside smoking in groups. Rooms pretty basic and even though it had a fridge, stove and cooktop there was no utensils or plates/ bowls or pots and pans to cook with. Location is convenient next to the freeway with lots of things close by. Beds were comfortable. Just a different kind of hotel but the price was very low so the value was high. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I reserved the Woodspring Suites Milwaukee Hotel room for a weeks vacation, I'm traveling from Nebraska to visit family near Milwaukee. There's nothing worse then being on vacation and having a bad hotel stay. I thought because of the good reviews and this being a newer hotel this would be a good choice. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Super loud residents and the hotel is on a super noisy highway. No curtains in the rooms so sunlight pours in through the cheap closed blinds. The worst part of their hotel rooms is the cheap rock hard mattresses. These mattresses are fit for dogs at best. The mattresses are literally like sleeping on plywood. They only purchased cheap rock hard mattresses for every room, I asked. I switched to a different room and the mattress was just as hard, the room just as noisy. I almost never write negative reviews. But the management is horrible. The management refused to allow a prorated refund of my 9 days stay even if you check out days early to find a better hotel. The management wants to steal my entire weekly stay amount that they require you pay in full in advance. They want to pretend I'm getting an amazing discount for paying for a week stay in advance. The price of this horrible hotel with a discount is the same price as any motel 6 or red roof in on expedia. Even if you gave me this hotel room for $5 per night I wouldn't be able to stay here because of the rock hard mattresses. There's nothing worse then being o

It was nice loved the coffee station. Didn’t love how you’re only provided with 2 towels, and no hand soap.

This facility was very new and there wasn't any coffee prepared in the morning because the coffee machine was not set up yet, but the manager was there and he explained the circumstance. The room was inviting and quiet, and I slept well. Thank you.

Property is on a great location right off the highway. Entrance smelled great as well but that’s were the train stops. First they advertise a rate on apps but then charge you a more expensive rate because the app doesn’t include local and state taxes even though the quote they gave me included taxes. No Wi-Fi password was given. I had to figure it out on my own. They also up charge if you want faster internet. Beds didn’t have a box spring just a mattress that almost felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Even if this was a handicap accesible room, I can only imagine how much of a hard time someone would have getting up from the bed. No coffee maker is included in the room. All hotels offer this, even those cheap motel 6/super 8 types but not here. They will gladly rent you some kitchen appliances though. We asked the front desk for new towels but they wanted us to go back to our rooms so that we can bring down our dirty towels before they can give us new towels. Who does that? They only give you two towels and two face towels and that’s it. No swimming pool. No breakfast. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping supposedly comes twice a week to clean but they don’t tell you when those days are. Place only has like 3 floors but elevators take forever to go up and down and to open and close. Every time we went out there was someone complaining about something in the front desk and even when we checked out the front desk shutter was half way down and no one there in sight. ⭐️⭐️
