Hotel Pomorie Sun - All Inclusive

Stället var bra med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Men maten kan bli bättre. Kommer förmodligen åka igen nästa år. Bara personal som gjorde underhåll under dagen och kvällen.

Hotel Pomorie Sun: Great Location, Serious Hygiene & Service Failures Stayed 7 nights (Aug 2026, 3rd floor, couple). While location, pool, and entertainment are highlights, severe failures in basic hygiene, maintenance, and service ruined our stay. We will not return. POSITIVES: - Prime location right on the beach. - Good pool area and strong in-room AC. - 3 all-inclusive bars (nicer atmosphere than main dining hall). - Active animation team (pool gymnastics, water polo, darts, evening shows). NEGATIVES: - Room Hygiene: Dirty upon arrival with hair in shower. Sink leak and a cockroach in bathroom. No towels provided on night 1; staff could not assist until next day. - Housekeeping Failures: Despite promises, bathroom was never cleaned (had to do it ourselves). Towels and toilet paper were never replaced unless requested at reception. - Room Comfort: Fake "upgrade" was just a space-consuming sofa bed. Uncomfortably hard spring mattresses, thin walls, no in-room safe. - Dining: Main hall feels chaotic with damaged tables, single-use cups, and 1 of 2 coffee machines broken. Poor buffet hygiene forced us to eat out most days. - Staff & Facilities: Staff (reception, housekeeping, bar) were disengaged, unfriendly, and rarely greeted guests. Many pool sunbeds are broken and unreplaced. VERDICT: Unless you strictly prioritize location and pool activities above hygiene and service, look elsewhere.

cockroach in the bathroom! Good bar, funny people and very good for the proce. The pool was very big and fun. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms were very nasty. The food was mid / okay but if you are a picky eater it is not for you!

Pool og poolbar er lækkert, der er ikke langt til stranden, maden er ikke super god, Rengøring ikke i top, men alt i alt et fint nok sted , 3 stjerner vil jeg sige.

Old hotel in bad condition, terrible food and drinks in plastic mugs. Have to pay for pool towels and no cleaning in 5 days and only one change of towels in room in 5 days. Dont go here.
