The property itself is very nice but the room accommodations were lacking. To start the sheets and bedding were dirty and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There are limited pots and pans and the remote didn't work, so I ended up downloading a remote app to operate the TV. I informed the New Inn staff, which is completely remote but all they did was send me new batteries after I explained the remote wasn't working and had nothing to do with the batteries. When you communicate with them they give very general answers which in most cases wasn't pertaining to the inquiries. I requested a late check out and housekeeping still showed up and told me "no" at which point I had to translate the very generic response I received from the new inn staff. They don't provide paper towels or trash bags and only provided only two rolls of toilet paper, which I also ended up having to purchase. If you book this hotel please be advised they only provide the bar minimum and are slow to respond to inquiries. When I arrived I was at the airport awaiting a response for check in instructions for over an hour.

I came at the residence estimated 14.00. I got my keys at 16.30. When I came in the room at 18.00 it was a complete disaster. The room was messed up and there were maintenance there to repair the bed. I called the place because there was no reception downstairs so that was one hell of a job. They told me that they forget that there was a maintenance repair today and they didn’t arrange it on time. They said without any pardon that they would return my money and that there where no any rooms left. I haven’t received any mail yet with the cancellation of my booking or any evidence of the refund. I will never go to this place again in my life. No reception, no one downstairs.

I was really surprised when the security guard refused to allow me to enter to the lobby to complete my check in as the hotel was out of staff at reception… I was left with no option just to sit on the street pathway to call the support team !!!! Security guard must be trained how to treat the customers in more respectful and professional way
