Probably our 20th trip to Maui and we have stayed in many places. Very clean and comfortable stay. Very quiet surroundings and well appointed. Great location within complex and short walk to the shops. Only addition I would make would be a beach umbrella. We will definitely book here again if it is available.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this unit! Firstly, the decor and cleanliness of the condo can’t be beat - it was spotless! Not to mention, the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, etc. Secondly, the location is perfection - there are multiple restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach, walking/jogging routes within minutes of unit. Another plus is the free parking which seems unheard of in the hotel world! I highly recommend booking here!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The view when you step in is breathtaking! Perfect for sitting out on the lanai drinking your morning coffee. This place was immaculate and well thought out. The accommodations were very comfortable. The check in/check out process was so easy and self explanatory. The pool was close and very nice. Cannot wait to come back!

Let me just say the view is everything! Complex is quiet (aside from some daytime mowing or nearby construction which didn’t bother us at all, especially if you’re out during the day), place is spacious, fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, and management is responsive and accommodating. Nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches are walkable and/or a short drive away. We had three of us working a couple days with video calls and had no issue with WiFi. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

We had two couples stay here after starting our trip in Kaapalua. The location works great for Wailea golf, shopping and restaurants. It's a great walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had all that we needed, but didn't do any real cooking as there are too many great restaurants in the area to stay in unless it's raining. You can see whales playing in the ocean and can watch the boats going to/from Molokini. The sliding glass doors were so clean I couldn't tell there was glass there a couple times - allowing for a better view of the whales, and maybe one near collision. Parking is great. We had trouble getting in the unit the first time but never a problem afterwards. We recommend this property!

Great location to walk to the Wailea shops and Kohola brewery. Not beach walkable but there is beach access not too far from the property. Property was well kept, could have used more paper towels as they only give you one small roll. Not many beach gear like similar condos in the area. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful views off the lanai. This unit is starting to show its age. We had problems with the air conditioner, ceiling fan not working, sliding doors need adjusting,. Ancient beach chairs, but property manager on the ball replaced them immediately. No boogie boards, which was a drag, but I guess they don’t have to provide them. All in all not the best value for your money In Ekolu.

We just loved our stay in Wailea. The condo has everything we needed for a family of four for the week. We went to a different beach each morning as there are so many just minutes away and swam in the pool every afternoon before finding a new place for dinner. The kitchen was smallish but well-equipped for making breakfast and lunch each day. The dining table is on the lanai and we enjoyed views of the ocean and whales breeching on a daily basis- bring your binoculars for the best sightings! The beds were comfortable, AC and fans kept us cool, and everything was clean. We had east parking in front of the condo and the grounds were well-kept and very charming. We found the condo to be a perfect location to explore the island on our daily excursions. Keyless code entry made it easy for us all to get in and out. We’d definitely stay again on our next visit to Maui.

Overall this condo had a great view from the lanai and is located in a beautiful location. Close to several beaches and restaurants. The cleanliness could be improved, particularly with the towels and microwave. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for families.

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised and shown in pictures. The condo was well stocked (one of the best I've ever stayed at), clean and comfortable. The quiet split system AC made for restful nights and the ocean view is terrific. There were a couple of small maintenance items which were quickly addressed, and the management company was quickly and professionally responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loaction,views and cleaniness exceeded our expectations. Could have chairs in the sand in 10 minutes by car to various beaches including Maluaka where we were married 10 years ago when the hotel was still there. Sunsets and whale sightings from lanai were an extra bonus.We had issues with the AC unit in living room. It would loudly randomely run about twice an hour when powered off. Reported to PMC on 3rd day of our 15 day stay. Their handyman was unable to repair and the PMC said that they would have to reach out to the owners. We just unplugged the unit when not in use for the reaminder of our stay. The issue was never resolved during stay. The on the checkout day at 915am person came walking up to our unit carrying a bag; I thought he was an AC repair tech but he told us he was there to clean the unit and thought it was empty. Felt a little pressure to leave soon. I feel the PMC could improve on their communication.With all that said---We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anke's condo in Wailea. What a view from the lanai! We even saw whales. Condo was clean and well-apponted. Location in Wailea is super convenient too. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication and check in was easy. Condo was clean, spacious and accurately depicted and described. But the best part was opening the shades each morning and taking in the incredible views of the ocean. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised and shown in pictures. The condo was well stocked (one of the best I've ever stayed at), clean and comfortable. The quiet split system AC made for restful nights and the ocean view is terrific. There were a couple of small maintenance items which were quickly addressed, and the management company was quickly and professionally responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views off the lanai. This unit is starting to show its age. We had problems with the air conditioner, ceiling fan not working, sliding doors need adjusting,. Ancient beach chairs, but property manager on the ball replaced them immediately. No boogie boards, which was a drag, but I guess they don’t have to provide them. All in all not the best value for your money In Ekolu.

The condo was great. Second floor was quiet, location is excellent, condition overall was great, and the panoramic view was FABULOUS! Had a couple questions for the leasing agency and they responded quickly. A short walk to the Wailea shops and beach which we visited often. Highly recommend it!

Communication and check in was easy. Condo was clean, spacious and accurately depicted and described. But the best part was opening the shades each morning and taking in the incredible views of the ocean. We would definitely return.

Some of the family members also stayed at this location near the wedding venue. Beautiful area, golf course views. Clean comfortable 2 bedroom unit upstairs. Nicely decorated. Everything you need available in kitchen even though we only used coffee marker. Fans, air worked well. Only used ceiling fans at night. Would definitely stay here again. Able to see your unit on-line which is a good feature. Staff checked in on us when we arrived. Everyone we spoke to at the rental agency was friendly and courteous.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loaction,views and cleaniness exceeded our expectations. Could have chairs in the sand in 10 minutes by car to various beaches including Maluaka where we were married 10 years ago when the hotel was still there. Sunsets and whale sightings from lanai were an extra bonus.We had issues with the AC unit in living room. It would loudly randomely run about twice an hour when powered off. Reported to PMC on 3rd day of our 15 day stay. Their handyman was unable to repair and the PMC said that they would have to reach out to the owners. We just unplugged the unit when not in use for the reaminder of our stay. The issue was never resolved during stay. The on the checkout day at 915am person came walking up to our unit carrying a bag; I thought he was an AC repair tech but he told us he was there to clean the unit and thought it was empty. Felt a little pressure to leave soon. I feel the PMC could improve on their communication.With all that said---We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at WE 504! The nicely remodeled and clean property had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. We loved the view of the ocean and sunset each day. The beds were comfortable and AC and fans worked great. The location was convenient as it was within 5-10min walking distance of several shops and restaurants we wanted to enjoy and short drive to the several nearby beautiful beaches (always able to find free parking any time of day). The property manager/company was very helpful and checked in on us periodically. We did not have any issues. It was a relaxing and pleasant vacation. We would definitely like to stay at the WE 504 again!

Probably our 20th trip to Maui and we have stayed in many places. Very clean and comfortable stay. Very quiet surroundings and well appointed. Great location within complex and short walk to the shops. Only addition I would make would be a beach umbrella. We will definitely book here again if it is available.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this unit! Firstly, the decor and cleanliness of the condo can’t be beat - it was spotless! Not to mention, the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, etc. Secondly, the location is perfection - there are multiple restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach, walking/jogging routes within minutes of unit. Another plus is the free parking which seems unheard of in the hotel world! I highly recommend booking here!

My family and I had an amazing time over the holidays at Wailea Ekolu 206. The view from the Lanai was stunning and it was a short walk down to the beaches, Wailea hotels, and shops. We will stay here again!

Great location to walk to the Wailea shops and Kohola brewery. Not beach walkable but there is beach access not too far from the property. Property was well kept, could have used more paper towels as they only give you one small roll. Not many beach gear like similar condos in the area. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful, broad view of the sunset and ocean, allowed us to enjoy coffee on the lanai, see whale spouts throughout the day then enjoy the sunsets. Easy location for accessing coffee, Happy Hour and more—literally a block walk down the hill. Very clean and maintained, everything worked well and Anke was responsive and easy to access with any questions. We’ll be back!
