Condo was beautiful however upon arrival it wasn’t very clean. Stain on the couch and a couple of the throw pillows. Bedroom ceiling fan remotes didn’t work. Overall it was a great stay!

Just a few electrical problems. I believe the last tenants did not report maintenance problems. Freezer froze up at ice maker, garbage disposal button missing. Closet door mirror cracked and drain in back bath/shower slow. Overall, maintenance responded two times, fixed , ordered and worked on the problems.🙂

Pictures online were exactly what the property looked like and the proximity to the beach was great. Would stay here again and again.

Bad- Toilets are very small (outdated) couch and chairs have no support, mattress is way past its life cycle, flat ware worn or broke, deck furniture rusted badly, tile in unit and building is very slippery. Just because it was built that way doesn’t mean that it’s the correct application. Fans running constantly in common areas. I have units and I get it, end of the season, but at least invest back a little. Good- Night guard, 3 elevators, very nice tv’s throughout, well lit, Corning plates excellent, good shower heads, close to main drag.
