Look, for people who only need a bed, bathroom, and TV, this place gets the job done. No frills, no extras, just a basic room at a very affordable price. Is it the Four Seasons? No. But everything works, the water pressure was good, the hot water was hot, and it gets the job done. For an affordable price like this, corners must be cut. You get ONE thin blanket for two people. You get three tiny pillows (half size) for two people. The bathtub doesn\'t drain for 30 minutes after a shower. The toilet isn\'t bolted to the floor well, so you have to do a balancing act. The floor is dirty, so don\'t walk around in white socks. There was no smoke detector in the room, it was clearly ripped off the wall. There\'s a panhandler at the parking lot exit. BUT, we stayed three nights and never once considered leaving, because, well the price is just too good. It was $100 or more cheaper per night than the surrounding hotels. I don\'t need a 60" 4K TV, I don\'t need an omelette station in the mornings, I don\'t need my bath towels folded into cute animals. I\'d stay there again. Just make sure your expectations are appropriate for this price.

I did not expect a lot and boy was I right They knew I was coming but still had not prepared the room with bedding, etc I needed ice but there was no bucket or otherwise to carry it The attendant, who could not understand or speak english, finally did give me 3 plastic baggies and when I protested that I only needed 1; she kept pushing all 3 at me There was no coffee etc I did not feel safe having a room in front of motel and the leers of next door patron Plus parking was crowded and I had trouble pulling in or out because construction vehicles were allowed to park too close to were guests needed to park I will never stay here again nor could I recommend it to others

I liked how the other room had hardwood floors and the tub was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the smoke detector was missing, the TV didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room. The room was clean, though.

Where do I even begin? This place is a masterclass in false advertising. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted not with a warm welcome, but with the smell of mildew and a front desk staff who looked like they were doing me a favor just by existing. Before I could even get my key, I was told there’s a $50 deposit required—because clearly they don’t trust me not to ruin their already ruined room. Trust me, if I could’ve placed a deposit on my sanity before staying here, I would’ve. The room? A nightmare. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed since 2003, the carpet had mysterious stains that told stories I never wanted to imagine, and the “view” was was of an empty pool surrounded by caution tape—because apparently even the pool wanted nothing to do with this place. It just sat there like a sad, concrete reminder of broken dreams. Oh, and let’s not forget the broken AC unit that made sounds like a dying animal all night long. If you enjoy overpaying for misery, leaving feeling dirtier than when you arrived, and handing over a $50 deposit just to sleep next to the apocalypse—this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself. Camp outside. Find a nice ditch. Literally anywhere else would be a dream.

The manager of the hotel was great! He was very accomendating, available, and super nice. The room was clean, everything worked, and had great internet access and hot water! It was conveniently located to the highway, stores, and many restaurants. Great value for your money.

The rug was filthy and the bottoms of our feet were black so we had to wear shoes in the room. We had to pay up front for our 3 nights. If we left early we would not be reimbursed. It was advertised to have free breakfasts. There was 1 pot of coffee, little muffins and stale cereal, no milk available. The manager/owner was difficult to understand and was very unfriendly. He was always playing on his phone. We had to keep asking for things that should have been provided like a bath mat, clean towels, garbage can liner, etc. No blow dryer or iron, no phone or coffee maker in the room. The blanket on our bed had cigarette burn holes and the bedding was old and thin. The microwave and refrigerator were very dirty as well as the walls and bathroom. When I used a hand towel to clean them the owner got mad at me! It was a non smoking room but we had to buy a room fresher. The worst thing was, there was no smoke detector! The wires had been cut and the detector was hidden. I told him that is a code violation and he could be in a great deal of trouble. He did nothing! We stayed because he had our money and we couldn’t afford new accommodations. Our hands were tied! The majority of the rooms were for people who paid by the week or by the month which we weren’t told. They were smoking and drinking outside their rooms. There were only 4 rooms for regular use. It was a nightmare! If he can’t keep up the maintenance of the rooms, he should not be working there!

I came in to town to meet a friend. Checking in and out was very easy. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. It was a very nostalgic actually staying in a motor inn

Do not stay here. Furniture was damaged, floors were covered in dirt and mud footprints, cigarette burns in bedding, shower was stained and covered in hair. Looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Shower curtain covered in stained. I booked two nights but left after the first. Entire property is poorly maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spotless the room is. The staff is very supportive and friendly. The price is awesome. This is a hidden gem for sure.

This hotel was perfect for the price! I needed a place to stay for two nights while visiting family and didn't want to pay excessive prices for a place that I would only be using to sleep. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was great! Perfect for a no-frills short stay. Thank you!!

In windows the room was a non smoking the room did smell like smoke.

Good shower and sink with good hot water. Room looked dated. New curtains and bedspreads would help make it feel fresher. Rooms are not quiet. A train goes near by. Unfortunately, my first night people we’re playing loud music in the parking lot and from 2:30 - 3:30 am there was an argument in the parking lot with lots of yelling, foul language, and a resulting broken room window for a different room than mine. The price was very good. Breakfast appeared to be just cereal. Manager was very nice and friendly. I probably would not stay here again.

It was a great price and room is a decent size. It smelled a little smoky and didn’t offer extras like coffee in the room, but it did include a breakfast. It is a good deal for a quick overnight stay.

This hotel submitted a no show charge on my CC even thou we checked in at 7pm on the day we were supposed to and paided in full when checked out. And they still submitted a no show charge from expedia and we have had nothing but issues trying to get it refunded.

Front desk staff not helpful. Would not address problem with tv remote. Will not stay there again.

If i could rate my experience here 0 stars I would. The property manager could barely speak english and kept trying to charge me after i paid on Expedia. The bed in the room they gave me was filthy and I had to have them change the sheets and then about 9pm they sent a guy to my room and said the manager needs me to come to the office and bring my credit card. So i did and had to prove I already paid once again! There were unsavory people talking loudly outside until about 2 in the morning. I was tempted to get in nu truck and leave and probably should have. I travel for a living amd I have to say this has been one of my worst experiences I've had in 11 years! I'm not racist at all but if your going to be working with the public then you need to know how to communicate with them. I don't recommend and have it marked not to stay here again.

When I showed up and asked if I could get a room. I was just a couple dollars short and lady at the office said no. Then I got a couple dollars to pay for the entire room and she said they were sold out. No rooms available. Not even 1. Then I go on afterpay Try and buy the room and my new iCloud wouldn’t work with afterpay. So then I sign in to my old account and after pay finally worked. Then I showed them my confirmation number. Then the woman and her husband at the office said the room I ordered wasn’t available and had to give me a double bed and pay the extra 12$ for the inconvenience of them not having a single room bed available.

Great location right off the interstate. Easy on/off. CLEAN rooms, AFFORDABLE price. Great for a one night stay passing through, or for an extended stay if working or looking to stay in the area. Will stay here anytime again.

Get a decent quiet room for a reasonable price and freindly staff

This worked for a one night stay on our way to another destination. We just needed a place to sleep that was convenient for our travels. The inn operators were very friendly and kind. It would be better if the stain would be cleaned out of the bathtub.

The owner couldn't speak English or figure out how to check us in, he had to go get his young son (approx. 11) to find our reservations on the computer and help to get us checked in. The room was dirty and breakfast very minimal. They ran out of coffee and when we informed him, he kept insisting that it would make more coffee automatically, I tried to explain that the water container was empty. He never understood so we finally left.
