WeSense Santorini by Caldera Houses

It is not possible to be disappointed with Imerovigli, Santorini.

Absolutely beautiful room and perfect location and view, exactly as represented in the pictures posted. There was extreme ease in scheduling transfers through concierge and there was someone who took all of our luggage to and from our rooms for us during check in and check out which was a huge help because of the stairs. My only “con” of this property would be towards the housekeeping because while someone did come to straighten up the room on a daily basis, it wasn’t a full housekeeping service (i.e., no changing of sheets) which is below the standard of a full hotel but everything else was great.

This place is amazing! We had the best experience anyone could ask for! As prearranged the concierge had transport from the airport waiting to take us directly to the cave house. The driver/manager was so nice and extremely helpful. He had his assistant carry our bags down to the villa (thank goodness). He then took the time to go over all the sites to see, recommended places eat, all of the where what and how to visit the island. He even provided a map and marked everything. If we needed anything all we had to do was text them. We Never had to wait for anything. The manager even saw us wandering in town and stopped to check if we needed anything. When it came time to go home they picked us up on time carried our luggage up the cliff for us right on time. We had the best conversation with the driver back to the airport ( I believe her name was Elana- hoping that’s correct) and even though we were leaving she was still pointing out all the amazing views, churches and talked about the history of island. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thank you for a perfect vacation!!

I would highly recommend Wesense for your stay in Imerovigli. Everything from the suit itself to the service was very top notch. I reserved the Zeal Dome room and the view from the balcony was amazing. Sotiris was our host and provided us with plenty of information about the island and things to the there. He also helped arrange reservations and made everything very easy. One thing I will note is the “Hot tub” was not hot at all which was the only let down as this was the sole reason why I booked the room, so if your like me be ware of that! Other than that I had an amazing experience.
