I needed a room for the night. Cruising out the next day. Booked thru hotels.com . Extremely reasonable rate compared to other hotels near by . Was able to get a hotel shuttle even with late arrival. (Midnight). Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. Rooftop bar was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

From the outside you'd probably write this place off, as its in a warehouse neighboorhood and is a bizzare building with a Korean karaoke bar and two chinese restaurants. Inside though, its nice, renovated and clean. Basically the hotel is LGA's unoffical answer to the TWA hotel, but swap out TWA with PanAm. Staff is nice and reaponsive. Rooms are clean and modern. The only thing to note is the airport shuttle only runs once an hour at the top of the hour. Not sure I'd spend a whole trip at this hotel, but for an overnight layover, it does more than the trick.

I only stayed here overnight to be close to LGA airport, the hotel was clean staff was friendly and it was a good stay for what I booked for. It seemed like they had a lot to offer I just wasn’t able to explore as it was only a quick stay. I would say they should offer the shuttle a little more frequently as they had one depart at 9:15 and the next didn’t depart until 10:30

I stayed here for 3 nights and I loved everything about it. Clean and quiet and staff was helpful. I just wish they didn’t charge you for using their parking lot to park your car since you are already a guest in the hotel . But I will be booking again if I decide to come back to NYC.

We loved staying here! My only issue was that the bathroom sink and shower were pretty gross. Mold was under the bowl lip. I only noticed this bc while going to the bathroom, I was eye level to the rim and would see it every time I'd use the bathroom. And the shower tiles and trim was pretty grimy and gross. But otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. And the staff was TOP NOTCH!!!!

This hotel shares elevator with fish restaurant, hot pot place and Chinese buffet. The whole building smells like fish market. The air conditioning sounds like thunder. There was hair ball in the closet.

The staff that checked us in was incredible. Friendly and so helpful. While one person was checking us in, another younger gentleman looked up how to get to Columbia Univ via the M60 bus from the airport. He was already done with his shift! However, there were some things about the facility that were not ideal. The somfy shades did not work well. The shower had some mildew issues and it leaked under the door. But the worst part was we could hear the music from the karaoke business below. The bass was thumping all night long. It made it very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.

The property is overall good, But I was not please with some things ,when I request cleaning to clean and change our bedding that was not done. The went to the room cover the bed with some dirty linens , and give us new towers. No cleaning was done, bathroom was nasty ,room was not vacuum or swept , Cleaning was bad .The parking situation isn't so good they wanted 9.99$ per hour while you stay there, they did give the parking at a discount rate of 1$ as a guest . Staff was nice.

Hotel staff from the shuttle driver, front desk to housekeeping all friendly and cool people. Our room was nice, a little small for 2 beds but clean and exactly as pictured. The buffet on the third floor was great! The rooftop view was cool. We stayed 3 nights, Wed-Saturday on the second floor. There’s a karaoke lounge on the first that partied til 2am every night, that you can feel the rattle in the beds and walls and hear it like you’re on stage too… with zero warning. That sucked because it’ll definitely keep you up. The toilet & shower drain clogged up but thankfully they fixed it right away. There was miscommunication between the front desk and shuttle at check out. We requested an hour ahead of time and were told it would be there. We ended up having to uber with 6 suitcases, so that wasn’t cool, but things happen. Still a cool place overall even though we were hesitant about it when we pulled up. I would stay again, just on another floor lol.

Very nice hotel with shuttle to LGA every hour. Rooms are modern with large TVs and modern bathrooms. My biggest complaint is that the AC is VERY loud and sounds like a strong wind whistling making it hard to sleep.

Every space in this room was designed for comfort of use and access. The room controls for electronic window shades, the thermostat and lights were all convenient, easy to see and use, and in perfect working order. The bathroom was well lit and included a magnifying wall mounted mirror, a comfortable double handled spray shower, a large countertop with soaps, lotion and shampoo, and a nice exhaust fan. The multi-channel tv was large, easy to use and provided twice the number of channels as most hotels offer. We had sufficient drawer and closet for clothing storage, and even enough hangers, which is rare. Complementing the fine features was a helpful cheerful staff, available to address any questions or issues very pleasantly. The price of the room was less than many hotels offer and had far more updated and better maintained features. My only suggestion would be to consider a sturdier, larger coffeemaker in the room (would be easier to use and less likely to cause spills), but the coffee was good anyway and the housekeeping staff was happy to replenish the coffee and tea at all times. This is the type of service and comfort we wish every hotel would provide at a reasonable price.

Shocked that this property is actually operated as a Voco/IHG brand - it’s more like a poor holiday inn express. It’s a very peculiar set up, like a mini mall, with a heavy influence of Chinese outlets. The hotel doesn’t have it’s own restaurant, catering is actually contracted out to other companies who are in the building - and btw, the breakfast is woeful, instant coffee from a jar! Our room, whilst clean, had clearly been occupied by a smoker(s), so the smell was ingrained. Room facilities were adequate, but the cheap laminate flooring was uneven in places, and the old-style alarm clock was a bizarre feature. As usual in properties where customer experience does not appear to be the owner’s top priority, it is the front line staff who are left doing their best to make this as pleasant as possible, and this was the case here. Unless travel disruption forces you to stay here, I would recommend you avoid it.

Great staff. Great service. The staff will literally go above and beyond for you. I am from OH and I left my laptop in my room. They were kind enough to mail me my laptop. I left Sunday morning and by Tuesday I had my laptop. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Thank you to Douglas and Leroy and whoever the manager was on duty Monday July 8 2024. You are all amazing.

Some of the staff were really great. One of the staff in the loby was really rude during night shift. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy and clean. The rooftop bar was an excellent view but the staff were either MIA or just out of it completely. The wings were good, the burgers were good and the fries. The nachos were terrible! Overall a 7 out of 10. I would stay here again. I just know what not to do and what to expect for next time hopefully its better the next time around.

The rooftop bar was an excellent view but the staff were either MIA or just out of it completely. The wings were good, the burgers were good and the fries. The nachos were terrible! Overall a 7 out of 10. I would stay here again. I just know what not to do and what to expect for next time hopefully its better the next time around.

My stay here was overall a good experience. Check-in was slow because we were about 15 minutes early no problem, we were waiting for final inspection of our room and were told they’ll let us know when our room was ready. Then a party that came much after us with the same type of room was given their key about 10 minutes before us. We had to go back up and remind staff we were waiting for our room. Staff were gracious and kind throughout our stay. The lobby was uncomfortably warm the entire stay. We had 3 travelers and got 2 breakfast vouchers which is great had the breakfast been sit down and made to order. We would’ve had to pay if that third guest wasn’t sleeping in. It was buffet style eggs bacon sausage and a few options of other items but was very similar to open breakfast at the Holiday Inn. Staff at breakfast were great and the food was good. Round of applause for cleaning staff as this was the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. It was comfortable and modern. I heavily enjoyed my stay even though it was just overnight for a funeral; I was happy stay somewhere comfortable.

Douglas from the front desk was a very welcoming presence. He was clearly knowledgeable about the area, displayed a genuine interest in our trip, and was overall incredibly positive. He did all of those things without being overbearing or intrusive. My girlfriend and I both agreed he was a concierge par excellence. Truly an example to the rest of the industry. Thank you for up-leveling our entire stay!

This stay was just an overnight. But I would stay here again. It’s very close to the airport. It seems to be in a residential area so not walkable to any restaurants or anything. Very quiet night when I was there front desk very friendly and accommodating. Also they have a very nice breakfast, but it’s not free. The breakfast area has a beautiful view of the city.

Great place just awkwardly placed. Far from the manhattan. Be prepared to Uber and take long train rides to get to the major NYC attractions. Over all great accommodations. Rooftop is really nice.

Highly recommend staying here, first timer in New York and loved it here. I was quiet and very accommodating, and about 30mins from Manhattan. Will definitely book again when I come back!

This hotel is very nice and clean. The art deco decor was very unique. There is a very nice rooftop bar/restaurant. The view of Manhattan from there is beautiful. The only downfall is we wanted to stay somewhere close to Citifield. The subway was not close to this hotel. Citi field is not within walking distance. So we had to pay foe ubers to go everywhere.

A couple of issues: it is very much off the beaten path, not as close to Manhattan or the airport as I thought. I should have done more homework on that, and; Ubers or taxis have to drop you at curb due to gate. If you have a lot of luggage it will be a pain especially since hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Initially a bit confusing trying to figure out where to go. Otherwise good hotel.

My family had a lovely stay. Close to the airport with a luxury sprinter bus shuttle included. The staff were very friendly and the rooftop breakfast was fabulous! Would definitely stay again.

My family flew 10 hours from Italy. Hotel was not clear to us on airport shuttle. They ONLY do that for Laguardia, NOT JFK, even though it shows on the Hotel.com Ad and mentioned to the front desk previous to our arrival that we were coming into JFK... So beware. Not fun getting cabs at 11pm. Good breakfast, but you pay for that.

More than just your average airport hotel! We booked this hotel because it was the best price available with an airport shuttle on the night of our stay near LGA, but we were blown away by the quality of this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was lovely and well-furnished (and the beds were SO comfortable), and the surprise bonus was the rooftop bar and restaurant with a lovely view of the skyline. The airport shuttle was also so easy, convenient, and frequent. Would absolutely stay here again!
