横浜駅から長い連絡橋を歩くが一応直結している。北改札口からは近い。部屋は広くはないが、水回りは綺麗。朝ごはんはビジネスホテルの中では良い方だと思う。特別な事情で荷物を預かってくれたり、宅配便を受け取ってくれたり、スタッフの対応が良かった。

Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, room met expectations. Lots of amenities in the lobby like 3 blade razors, bath salts and skin care stuff not found at the average hotel. Free coffee in the lobby too. Only minor negative would be it's a bit complicated to get there from Yokohama station. There's a walkway on the 3rd floor you can take from the department store connected to the station that eventually takes you to the area near the hotel entrance but no signage so you probably wont find that route until you go out for the first time after checking in.
