This shanty lodge didn’t even provide towel every day and didn’t clean the room. When arriving they didn’t allow to enter without paying 5 euro for deposit of cleaning. What’s worst is they can’t speak English at all. Without my Uber driver’s help I couldn’t do anything. It might have been nightmare.

La habitación no está mal y sobre todo para el precio que vale, pero las papeles son de papel y se oye absolutamente todo. La primera noche sobre todo apenas pudimos dormir porque alguien en una habitación que ni siquiera estaba al lado tenía la radio encendida y se oía como si estuviera en nuestro cuarto

La habitacion era un poco rara, la ventana se encontraba al final de un pasillo, relacion calidad precio, normal, pero no me gustó que la ducha no fuera orientable o de tlf, solo fija en el techo, y el pelo aunque no quisieras te lo mojabas SI o SI, no habia secador y tampoco television, con lo cual un poco decepcionada.

A localização não é ruim, fica a 10 minutos de ônibus dos pontos turísticos, o maior problema é que o quarto só tinha um ventilador nesse calor que tá o verão de Madrid, os travesseiros eram bem ruins, duros igual pedra e a limpeza era bem mais ou menos.

Small room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the walls did not have good sound proofing. You Can hear people in the corridors, street and other rooms. On the plus side, it was conveniently located around El Carmen station, just 200m from it.

O quarto igual a imagem, não esperem muito espaço. Ótima localização, mercado, padarias ao redor, área tranquila. Tive problema com barulhos de outros hóspedes, mas isso já não diz respeito ao anfitrião. O mesmo não responde muito as mensagens no chat, relatei sobre o ocorrido e nada foi respondido.

Lugar ok, boa cama, bom banheiro, mas sem aquecimento ou ar condicionado. Muito próximo do metro, de padarias e supermercados, o que é ótimo. Cobraram uma taxa extra para limpeza, como fator essencial para fornecerem as chaves. Considero isto algo desleal, e que deveria estar já incluído no valor pago pelas diárias. Não ficaria novamente em razão desta falta de transparência.

El dia que lo contrate me confundi y al instante mismo no me dejaron cancelar Una habitacion sin tv en mi vida lo vi y los codigos en la puerta no funcionaban Un autentico rollo lo unico la mujer de la limpieza que no tenia culpa de nada y lo hizo vien No se como hoteles.com tiene este sitio en si web por una comision no merece la pena

El servicio es lo más malo que pueda existir adicional le roban el dinero . Debido a que no se presenta a las horas que ellos indican y no piensan que n un posible retraso del vuelo. Ni te dejan ingresar y tampoco te devuelven el dinero . Es un modos operandi . Tengan cuidado .

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the outside and from other rooms. We had a problem with our lock and our room couldn't be locked and I never received an answer from the contact number. The place was about and 8 minute walk from the metro station and it was easy to check in.

Before we left Manchester they send us random email to pay them (Eur 83,68) and right before we get there ,received one more email they asked us to pay more which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the name of cleaning fee so we will get a clean room, ridiculous! We spend 2 hours outside as no one was responding and then they were like pay this cleaning fee as well then we will let u check in. Really bad service and annoying thing is shocking additional charges ,as they think people who come from other countries have extra money and they can do anything to take every penny out of their pocket!!

En la habitación, lo más barato posible de todo— muebles, ropa de cama, ducha, lavamanos— pero por el precio más bajo posible, así que todo bien. Los otros huéspedes bastante ruidosos pero el hotel muy bien ubicado y buena opción para llegar, dormir, y salir pagando lo mínimo sin estar incómodo.

The place was as in the photos, quite clean and staff replied quickly via there messenger or whatsapp, when you message them, as there is nobody in the building. There isn't actually bottled water in the room, but is a water dispenser in the hallway. The main negative was they are very strict about not having anyone in the room other than the registered guests, so couldn't have any of my friends I have in Madrid over for a drink or catch up :(

We booked for two nights and checked in digitalt by copying passords. We never got answer with codes for main door and room door. We used QR code for calling the hotel owner, but no answer. No help from hotels. com either. Why did they not contact me for night two? We had to book new hotel and got nothing of refunding. Stay away from hotels like this.
