Apartment has all what one needs. Can only recommend if you are one that tries to avoid Hotels. Tesco Express is around the corner to have you supplied for breakfast and even more if required. One recommendation make sure that you have your code handy otherwise you won’t get in. If you intend to use the gym make sure you register ahead of time otherwise you may not manage to make especially if you intend to go for a session before your work.

Clothes washer was out of service. Gym access only available for one day. Shower leaked water into the bathroom due to missing glass door water deflector plastic strip. Maid service entered room while we were sleeping at 10am, which was three hours before check out.

Very good place to stay, excellent facilities such as free washing/drying and plenty of nice amenities in the rooms. Be mindful of room service being at an extra cost and no front desk but nonetheless very good

Very comfortable room and great service. We stayed for a couple of days and were very satisfied with our stay. A lot of modern appliances and components, including heated floors in the restroom which was really nice. The service was great and they answered any questions we had very quickly on WhatsApp. Lastly, the location of the hotel was wonderful; near the Tower of London. It had a nice view of The Shard. It was near the train, but it didn’t bother us at all as it wasn’t loud or disturbing. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my 8 year old son and perfect stay for us this trip. Been staying with BOB W in other cities in Europe and they all keep a very high standard. Spacious room with everything you need and easy to get in contact with staff via WhatsApp. Great with a small kitchen with everything you need also a dishwasher was extra plus. Always recommend Bob W to all my friends and colleagues who travel to city’s where they have accommodations.

Clean and modern room and appliances with many thoughtful touches (laundry, steamer and iron, good coffee, luggage room, etc). You can definitely hear the train next door but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Easy check-in and check out and very close to Tower Hill tube station. Would stay here again!

Nice apartments conveniently located in the city. The apartment was comfortable with a very practical kitchenette and floor heating in the bathroom. The communication via WhatsApp was great despite the place not having a reception. I asked for additional pillows which was no issue and used the (payed) late check-out. Also, the washing machine and dryer downstairs are a great addition. The room needs some repainting inside and the surrounding is a bit noisy with a pub next doors and the train tracks right around the corner, but most London locations have that issue and it did not bother too much. The little alley in which the entrance is was occasionally used by drug users, so it did not feel super safe to get home at night when they were around. Other than that, would book again.

We were impressed by the care taken to create an experience that was just perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was effortless. I loved my stay at Bob’s! Everything about our stay was great! The rooms were phenomenal, the location was great, the whole stay was perfect. We loved that the room had a kitchenette, it felt homey and was modern but so comfortable!!! There was so many great features to the room like heated floors and a towel warmer. The keyless building and room entry was perfect. The location was great, we were withing walking distance of Tower Hill and the underground. There was a couple markets close by that made it super convenient. I loved my stay and would definitely come back!

Pleasantly surprised. I slept brilliantly, the rooms were cute and comfortable, they were spotlessly clean and had great amenities. Highly recommend. Just rebooked again for tomorrow.

I saw a few negative reviews for this property and after staying there for a week I honestly don't know what they were talking about. This hotel was awesome, it was clean its in a great location and the staff were really communicative through WhatsApp.

The studio was perfectly clean and well equiped. The location is a bit far from the center but otherthan that it was excellent! They even left a hand-wrote welcoming card with a snack. And the staffs were incredibly kind. I left my appel watch at the roon when I checked out, and they kept it for my return. I appreciate everything.

Slightly strange alleyway entrance with some homeless people maybe not ideal when you need to work out a code to get in. My room seemed to have a rave or nightclub downstairs, when you see ear plugs on the table you know you’re in trouble. Positives - very clean and great communication.

The studio was perfect, clean, the bed comfortable and I was provided with everythibg I needed, including earplugs. My studio and window faced the elevated train tracks, and there was considerable train noise. Maybe other apartments at this site that are not facing the trains don’t have this problem. This was my only issue with this otherwise perfect stay.

Great location to use as a vase whilst working in the city. The area around the hotel is great for evening trips out for food and drink. Communication with BobW is great but the entrance was a little confusing (there are 3) the room was small but well laid out. No real seating area unless you're working on a laptop. Great value.

Easy to find, get in & get around. Nice apartment with big bathroom. Could easily have been improved with ½ pint milk in the fridge. Real annoying frustration was the disparity between the obsequious sweet customer service messages and the complete lack of actual help when I needed an iron.

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable. Had an issue with the clothes dryer it didn't work, but it was fixed the next day. We just had to hang our clothes in our room. Other than that, our stay was really good.

The communication of the booking number does not happen if you book through hotels.com. You need it to check in and get entry details. It’s an unbelievable faff. Bobw staff were polite but on 3 occasions failed to email me the details. At the “hotel” there are no people therefore no service. I saw 3 others wondering around having difficulties getting in. It was a bonding experience! After working it out it was ok but you need to enter a code at four points every time you enter the property. Lovely room but the lack of service is too big a factor for me. It’s just not a hotel. If you can accept that- it’s fine. The service is polite via WhatsApp but they can’t do anything apart from be nice because they aren’t there. Its tech masquerading as care.

It’s in a bit of a weird place and my room directly overlooked the overground train, rooms were compact and bijou though with everything you need, and some quirky extras. A number of homeless people hanging around the lane where you access the apartments.

First thing I noticed was the amount of times necessary to enter the code for entry which gave a great sense of security and safety. Second thing was how cozy and clean the studio was which left me quite pleased. The staff are very communicative on WhatsApp and answered all my questions and concerns quickly. The Tesco Express nearby is very convenient for a quick food options and a quaint pub next door serving exceptional pints and food. Only thing that should be known is there is a frequent train nearby for which there are earplugs provided, as for myself, I found the sounds rather soothing. Tower Bridge and River Thames are just around the corner. Would absolutely stay there again next time in London!

The studio was perfectly clean and well equiped. The location is a bit far from the center but otherthan that it was excellent! They even left a hand-wrote welcoming card with a snack. And the staffs were incredibly kind. I left my appel watch at the roon when I checked out, and they kept it for my return. I appreciate everything.

Great location to use as a vase whilst working in the city. The area around the hotel is great for evening trips out for food and drink. Communication with BobW is great but the entrance was a little confusing (there are 3) the room was small but well laid out. No real seating area unless you're working on a laptop. Great value.

Lyhört gentemot korridoren, men det erbjuds öronproppar vid ankomst. Tågen har jag förståelse för men tråkigt att vakna till att folk kommer hem mitt inatten för att dörrar smälls och folk som pratar. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Gymmet funkade mycket bra men obs inte öppet på helgen tyvärr. Jag hade inte stekpanna i min lägenhet men det ordnade personalen snabbt inom en timme efter att jag hört av mig till dem. Mycket bra förbindelser med kollektivtrafiken samt nära till matbutiker runt hörnet.

Lovely apartment, fully appointed Kitchenette, comfortable bed, room was extremely clean and tidy. Even when I asked for a couple of minor issues to be sorted, they were addressed that day before I returned to the room. I would throughly recommend BOB W and look fir to staying with them again at one of their many European locations.

The room itself is clean and modern. The issue is that there is a train line right outside the window so the main thing of getting a good night's sleep is not fulfilled because it's very noisy. The pure gym day pass is a good extra. The alley where the hotel is feels very dodgy. A guy followed me and then when I quickened my pace and saw some other people coming he turned around and walked away. It seems like there are drug addicts in the very close area. I am not easily uncomfortable in London but I was there.
