Dette hotellet har ett vennlig og service innstilt personell, og hotellet er helt nytt uten noe synlig slitasje. Rommene er veldig store og har skifer på gulvet i inngangen og på toalettet. Det er bygget i en skandinavisk minimalistisk stil, og har en deilig pool på taket med en hyggelig poolbar. Anbefales sterkt dersom du skal til Fort Lauderdale.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From checking in, the valet to the delicious food.

Great choice for a hotel. Parking garage attached to the hotel. Well maintained and good layout. Great rooftop pool. Several restaurants within walking distance including two breakfast places and a good restaurant inside the hotel. A full five stars in my book especially for the price.

I stayed at the property from Friday 4/17 to Sunday 4/19 and the staff and property were great. Monique assisted me the last time I stayed on site and she was there this last stay. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I also was assisted by Rome during my stay, he as well was very professional and friendly. Each of them made any questions I had answered with great service. However, due to the horrendous service from the valet company, I will not stay at this property again. At first paying a fee for valet per day seemed like an amazing deal however, the valet workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. During my two night stay, I was made to wait almost 30min for valet to take my car then, was told that oh I should have just let my key card unattended in my car during a high traffic time. Then I went to retrieve my car the next morning and the valet handed me my key card and made me go retrieve my car myself from valet. The last night I came back to the hotel to have valet empty from other cars and three valet workers. Two of them were just on their phone and one just stared. When I drove up they all looked over and then looked away. There was zero acknowledgement. I then exited my vehicle and approached the booth. Still no acknowledgement just the third guy staring at me. I handed him my key card and went up. My car sat there for over 25min and other cars ended up coming and they treated them and took their cars. I have never experienced such poor service.
