Alarme en pleine nuit à plusieurs reprises. Matelas très fin!! Point positif la piscine et le parking.

This is a very new hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine bed is nice. The location is ok. But : - the environment is noisy, the double glazing is not efficient - the swimming pool was not working, opening every day postponed to the next day... - there is no real reception, no room service, no one competent when there is a problem. These problems will have to be solved so that I come back next year

struttura in buono stato con arredamenti molto essenziali ma funzionali. Innanzitutto, segnalo come non esiste un cartello segnaletica esterna che rende difficile il ritrovamento della struttura quando si arriva con un mezzo privato, o in taxi. I servizi di informazione alla reception sono minimi ed il personale non è in grado di fornire una fattura o ricevuta al momento del check out. Segnalo inoltre come ho chiesto più volte alla struttura una fattura dell’elemento a pagamento senza averla mai ricevuto. Da considerare che non esiste servizio in camera/appartamento senza il cambio, quantomeno della biancheria del bagno.

I have just booked 2 nights for my mother and all I heard from her is complains. The hotel is dirty and smelt like sewage. The steps towards the bed are very steep and she nearly injured herself as she said it’s slippery. The door has no security lock. She said it was like jail. She woke up in the morning asked for toast it was out of stock. The ac was right by the bed and it was pointed directly at the bed. The sink was clogged and she complained twice then they fixed it the next day. She had a terrible stay and I’m being forced to write this lol. Therefore she does not recommend this hotel sorry to say
