Always a good place to stay, close to the airport and has breakfast that opens at 430am. The hotel to airport shuttle is very efficient but be aware if you have skis it’s an extra 10 Euro taking the shuttle cost to 25 euro for 2 people (for a 4 minute ride)

Clean, comfortable hotel about 1 mile from the Venice airport. Helpful staff. Great AC in rooms! Note that the hotel does NOT have a regular airport shuttle. IT must be pre-arranged and at the guest's cost. Taxi from Marco Polo airport is 20 euros.

Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, but the room was somewhat small, and the airport shuttles only run from the hotel to the airport. We had stayed here before when they ran both ways. Now you have to take a bus to the closest bus stop. Because we were familiar with the bus stop from before and it was still light, we were able to do this. But I could see this being difficult if you had no prior experience.

The only issue with staying here was with you Expedia. The message you sent re how easy it is to get to the hotel contains false information. The hotel shuttle only operates from the hotel to the airport. Airport regulations prevent the shuttle from operating in the reverse direction. Only taxis or the bus service are available to get to the hotel. I talked to the desk staff about this and they said they have repeatedly asked you to correct this message as it causes significant problems for them. Now you are hearing it from me. DO IT!

I arrived at the hotel at ~noon after a transatlantic flight. I was told that I could not access my room until at least 3 O'clock.I found this to be unsatisfactory and eventually a room was found the I could access at ~ 1O'clock. The building is mediocre. Breakfast of low quality. Worst of all, there is no bar service or ability to purchase a simple beer. Also, no restaurant and one has to use relatively poor restaurants in the vicinity.

I stayed here the night before I was flying out. This is an average place to stay and covers your basic needs. The breakfast was better than I had expected. They had a spread of baked goods, beverages and some hot food (eggs, sausages, ham). I took their shuttle which cost 15Eu to the airport. It was a bout a 7 min drive. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming.

Accès facile et rapide à l’aéroport. Un commentaire cependant sur la propreté de la salle de bain… beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche. Pour l’accès VIP, c’est du marketing seulement et nous n’avons pas eu quoi que ce soit de spécial, à part une bouteille de vin remise juste avant de prendre notre navette pour l’aéroport et que nous avons du refuser car nos bagages étaient bouclés.

The hotel is close to the airport and the staff were friendly and spoke english fluently. The rooms themselves were dated and the carpets needed replacing. During a heavy rain, water leaked into room. Maintenance was very quick to respond and did what they could. A good place to stay short term.

Room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. It was a relatively close walk to Marco Polo Airport so there was no need to pay for an uber or taxi service to go less than a mile. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was they would not give more than 1 room key for “safety reasons.” Not a big deal. We stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport so we didn’t have to deal with water taxis with a bunch of luggage. We got the superior room as it was very modern. Definitely recommend this hotel for the last night in Venice.

we stayed here so we'd be near the airport for a very early morning flight. The front desk made sure we didn't go too early (like before the airport even opened) and then arranged transportation that arrived as promised. The room itself was HUGE. My husband had to get some work done and we thought he would be keeping us up but the room we were given had a door that allowed us to close his conference calls off from us. We had no idea we would receive such a big room but it turned out to be an unexpected jewel of a hotel room!

The convenience to Marco Polo Airport was the big reason we booked here, and it was quite close. The facility and room were clean, the mark down is the pillow situation. They provided two sets of different pillows but neither were any good for a side sleeper, and no extra available to help with sorting out a workable solution.

Nice enough hotel nothing special about 5 minutes from the airport. Be careful not to get ripped off from the taxi, we were charged 20 Euros when we should have been charged 5 Euros. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the walls were a bit thin, not super sound proof, but worked ok.

Their website states that they have airport transfer 24 hours. That is why we booked this hotel for a very early 6:30 AM flight. We had to be at the airport around 4:30 for an international flight. They actually don’t start their runs to the airport until 5:30, so not as advertised. They called a cab for us, but for the 2 mile ride it was 25 euros. Also no AC in October even though room was hot with everything off. They say their system was turned to heat. Very basic room.

We stayed here multiple times, it's a very convenient location to the airport when we travel to and from the US and there is very convenient bus in front of the hotel to get into Venice. Staff is helpful, rooms are recently remodeled and spacious, AC works great, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, a pair of expensive shoes was stolen from us at the hotel. This incident has somewhat overshadowed our entire experience. I was genuinely surprised that something like this could happen at a hotel like the Titian, where one expects a higher level of attention, care, and oversight. Even more disappointing was the unhelpful and dismissive attitude of the hotel staff when we reported the issue.

Room was perfect and close to the airport for convenience. Bus to Venice was close and direct and easily managed, restaurants were close to the hotel and very good options. Breakfast was great, lots of options, healthy and very good and clean area. Hotel staff were terrific and helpful. Great overall.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has a shuttle to the airport for a small charge, there are restaurants nearby and you can also have breakfast in house with plenty of choices.

The front staff were very and helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly. We loved how it was away from the crowds of Venice but only a short bus ride to see the sights.

Nice enough hotel nothing special about 5 minutes from the airport. Be careful not to get ripped off from the taxi, we were charged 20 Euros when we should have been charged 5 Euros. The staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the walls were a bit thin, not super sound proof, but worked ok.

Property was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was 8 euro and had a lot of selections. There are restaurants close to the hotel and the bus stop to Venice is close to the hotel. Not much to see around the hotel but convenient and clean.

Room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. It was a relatively close walk to Marco Polo Airport so there was no need to pay for an uber or taxi service to go less than a mile. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only negative was they would not give more than 1 room key for “safety reasons.” Not a big deal. We stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport so we didn’t have to deal with water taxis with a bunch of luggage. We got the superior room as it was very modern. Definitely recommend this hotel for the last night in Venice.

We chose this hotel for a 1 night pre-cruise stay and it met our needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It is a short walk away from a bus stop that will get you to the bridge to Venice in about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was mediocre compared to other European hotels.

As with other airport hotels, it is a bit pricey for what you get, and you have to pay extra for both breakfast and the airport shuttle (only a few minutes away). The room was very large and comfortable, there is a nice lobby area if you have to wait around for your check-in, there are decent restaurants in easy walking distance, and the staff were kind and helpful. It was very convenient for an early morning flight.

Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I picked it because it was close to the airport and it said shuttle service on check in I found out it was 15 Euro for a shuttle trip that’s less than a kilometer (I would have walked if it wasn’t so hot). The breakfast was very poor the coffee was terrible and I got charged 8 euro more on check out for the coffee. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Always a good place to stay, close to the airport and has breakfast that opens at 430am. The hotel to airport shuttle is very efficient but be aware if you have skis it’s an extra 10 Euro taking the shuttle cost to 25 euro for 2 people (for a 4 minute ride)

We booked the stay on the premises it was a 400 meter walk from the airport. It was actually 400 metres from the airport access road. Turn out to be a 25 minute walk as no shuttle. A discount taxi if booked through the hotel is 20 euros. Uber showed as 66 euros.
