Great place to stay if you need something affordable! I would stay here again on my next work trip!

Everything I needed for the night! Will definitely be back! Even had a follow up call from Maria after my stay making sure everything was what I expected!

The hotel looked great from the photos, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was somewhat inconvenient (took about 10 min). The staff had issues finding my reservation and had to call over a manager to assist. Not a big deal for me, but I didn't appreciate them whispering amongst each other and not providing me with any update on why it was taking so long. The room itself was great. Everything looked nice, updated and pleasantly clean, except for the shower. It was somewhat dirty and looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast was just okay. It was the usual powdered eggs with potatoes/bacon, but also cereal, bagels and fruit if you're into that. My family ended up just wanting to go out for breakfast instead. Sorry, I really wanted to like this hotel but truly not the biggest fan. We're 50/50 if we'll ever return.

The room was okay. It was definitely no-frills. When I got up in the morning, there was no hot water. This is completely unacceptable, and the hotel did nothing to help. Hotels.com gave me a little credit, but it was only a token gesture and not worth staying somewhere that supposedly is 9+. I feel cheated. There were so many other places I could have stayed. Worst breakfast setup I have seen in a long time. Parking is tight. Looked like a homeless person was sleeping on a couch outside the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, (loved the hooks), beds were soft and comfy, A/C was very cold & responsive, shower pressure great! Only minor observations is there was a distinct odor in the room and oddly no bread for breakfast. For location and price under $100 would definitely stay here again. Very clean & safe.
