Was a very pleasant stay, staff were very good and attentive especially around the breakfast menu. The food for breakfast was exemplary and the egg chef was perfection. Unfortunately I have one issue, as a Stroke Survivor I found the pool on the roof terrace a little difficult to see the steps in and out. Perhaps a coloured paint on the step edge would assist other stroke survivors with their steps.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been friendlier or kinder. Great healthy breakfast each day, rooftop terraces and pools spectacular. A super quirky hotel which was made extra special by the staff team. Nice range of activities at the hotel including morning yoga, DJ, sporting events on big screen.

Room was veey good, with fantastic views of the sunrise each morning (room 1229). Limited storage space but ok for one week. The hot tub on the terrace was a nice touch. Pool areas were clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The rooftop pool (adult only) was very shallow; hence, not possible to swim but ideal for cooling down on hot days. One massive negative for us was breakfast. My wife is Coeliac and requires a Gluten Free breakfast. Prior to arrival we checked this was available, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, due to the size of the kitchen and serving areas there was no seperate food preparation or serving areas. This resulted in my wife becoming very ill. To avoid more problems breakfast became a challenging time and very, very limited. Gluten Free bread was available, as were a couple of sealed cakes but even the chopped fruit, nuts, cheese or anything from the heated food range were off limits. On a positive note, the staff were extremely kind and tried their best to accommodate but due to the kitchen space and serving areas my wife had a very limited options. Location is in a residential area with a handful of good traditional restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The main promenade is about a 20 to 25 minute walk where there is lots of choice for bars and restaurants. Finally, the jewel in the crown for the hotel are its staff. Every person was pleasant, welcoming and polite. In particular, we would like to thank Robert and Una who went above and beyond

Amazing stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also very good. The area around is perfect to reach all Ibiza places (best if you have a car as they also have parking just in front of the hotel). Many pools you can enjoy and the view from the rooftop with adult only pools and bar is lovely!

Ein modernes, stilvolles und ansprechendes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang gebucht. Allerdings teilt man sich diesen Pool mit den angrenzenden Zimmernachbarn. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend, das Essen ist köstlich. Auf dem Rooftop gibt es einen Adults-Only-Pool und eine Rooftopbar.

De inrichting is prachtig. Echt een Ibiza-stijl. De kamers zijn royaal en prachtig ingericht. 2 kleine minpuntjes: de fitnesstoestellen zijn erg verouderd en dat waren ze vorige jaar al. Echt aan vervanging toe. En de stoelen beneden bij het restaurant en de ligbedden en parasols op het dakterras mogen ook wel vervangen worden. Verder tophotel met supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel 👍🌺

Swim up was great. My room was ( i'd say the best) no.1015. Cant knock this hotel.quiet location, great staff & the friendly welclme from alees & robert was amazing. Housekeeper was fantastic,very polite and great at what she does. Small variety of food but very good quality. Very clean, impressed with quietness location, be warned they have the street drainage truck visits wednedsy aftermoon, can be very unpleasnat smell but dont let natural operations effect your stay. Stay away for half hr to avoid this drainage smell. The hotel is 10/10 x great for price. Thanks for everything.

Un joli hotel mais très cher pour celui ci!! Le personnel pas très aimable a part Robert de l acceuil, pas de serviette de bains tous les jours , les enfants des autres chambres qui jouent sur notre terrasse !! Le prix n est vraiment pas a la hauteur du service et hotel

It's very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Finding a parkingspot nearby can sometimes be difficult, but you will mostly find one in the connecting streets. Breakfast is good, but improvement can be made on the way they run it. Other than that, nothing to comment about and would recommend it.

Geweldig hotel, goede sfeer, schoon en heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Service is goed en het ontbijt is super. De omgeving is wat minder gezellig. Je hebt eigenlijk wel een auto nodig om in Santa Eularia te komen.

Nativo is a stunning hotel. It feels less like a big hotel and more like a residential area meaning it is very personal and has a lovely ambience. It is a year old and everything in the hotel still feels very new. The room was perfectly ice cold, the bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed. I booked not knowing it is the little sister to Aguas de Ibiza (which is an incredible hotel) and the eye pleasing designs have carried over to Nativo. I actually booked it because it was coming up much cheaper than all the well known hotels, the price now seems a bargain. For a 4* hotel it feels more like a 5. It is fully eco friendly, the key cards are wooden and the holder they give them in have wild seeds embedded in and can be planted at home- thought that was a lovely touch. Cannot wait to go back again.

Leuke kamer met zicht op de binnentuin, jammer dat onze 2 kinderen een kamer hadden met zicht op een muur, maar we hebben toch genoten van onze vakantie. Voor ons vertrek kregen we nog te horen dat we slachts 4 nachten in het hotel konden verblijven maar dat er een alternatief werd geregeld voor ons. Dat alternatief was een zusterhotel op 3,5 km rijden. Ook dit verblijf viel in de smaak.

Really friendly staff, lovely pool areas especially the roof and the beds are super comfy. A 15 minute walk into town with a handy supermarket next door. A few negatives the TV didn't work - we couldn't watch Netflix or cast. There was also building works happening above our room which was noisy and not something I would expect to be happening in peak season.

Heel leuk hotel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk bij ontvangst, maar de overige dagen was dat niet top. Ze lopen je liever omver dan voor je om te gaan. Heel lekker gegeten, zowel ontbijt als overdag. Bedjes boven zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Kamers ook heel gehorig, als ze boven ons gingen douchen of in bad dan hoorden we dat in onze kamer eronder. Fijne omgeving en op wandelafstand van het strand.

Room was veey good, with fantastic views of the sunrise each morning (room 1229). Limited storage space but ok for one week. The hot tub on the terrace was a nice touch. Pool areas were clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The rooftop pool (adult only) was very shallow; hence, not possible to swim but ideal for cooling down on hot days. One massive negative for us was breakfast. My wife is Coeliac and requires a Gluten Free breakfast. Prior to arrival we checked this was available, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, due to the size of the kitchen and serving areas there was no seperate food preparation or serving areas. This resulted in my wife becoming very ill. To avoid more problems breakfast became a challenging time and very, very limited. Gluten Free bread was available, as were a couple of sealed cakes but even the chopped fruit, nuts, cheese or anything from the heated food range were off limits. On a positive note, the staff were extremely kind and tried their best to accommodate but due to the kitchen space and serving areas my wife had a very limited options. Location is in a residential area with a handful of good traditional restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Wat een fantastisch hotel! De kamer is prachtig, we kregen een kamer direct aan het zwembad. Ook heel leuk dat er yoga is op de rooftop. De elektrische fietsen waren ook heel leuk, we deden een prachtige tocht langs heel mooie stranden. Het personeel is ook enorm enorm vriendelijk.

Sehr rascher und angenehmer Empfang. Das Zimmer ist stylisch und mit allem benötigten eingerichtet. Negativ sind die zu geringen Stauräume und zu wenig Ablagefläche. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu oberst mit Meerblick und einem schönen Balkon. Einzig wenn es regnet und dies kann es halt mal im Oktober, kann der Balkon nicht benutzt werden, ja nicht mal das Fenster aufgemacht werden, da keine Überdachung vorhanden ist. Die Hotelanlage ist nicht sehr gross aber schön gestaltet. Rooftop mit Bar und Pool ist zum geniessen. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Essen tagsüber ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden, zumindest zu dieser dieser Reisezeit. Bitte beachten, die angegebene Zimmergrösse von 45m2 stimmt leider nicht, es ist in etwas die Hälfte! Wir haben dies im Hotel gemeldet; sie waren über diese Angaben ebenfalls überrascht!?

Heel leuk hotel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk bij ontvangst, maar de overige dagen was dat niet top. Ze lopen je liever omver dan voor je om te gaan. Heel lekker gegeten, zowel ontbijt als overdag. Bedjes boven zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Kamers ook heel gehorig, als ze boven ons gingen douchen of in bad dan hoorden we dat in onze kamer eronder. Fijne omgeving en op wandelafstand van het strand.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They were absolutely brilliant with our newborn baby and went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked to move to a room at the shallower end of the swim-up pool. Nothing was too much trouble. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to Sara, Alissa, and every member of the team for making our stay so special.

Really friendly staff, lovely pool areas especially the roof and the beds are super comfy. A 15 minute walk into town with a handy supermarket next door. A few negatives the TV didn't work - we couldn't watch Netflix or cast. There was also building works happening above our room which was noisy and not something I would expect to be happening in peak season.

Was a very pleasant stay, staff were very good and attentive especially around the breakfast menu. The food for breakfast was exemplary and the egg chef was perfection. Unfortunately I have one issue, as a Stroke Survivor I found the pool on the roof terrace a little difficult to see the steps in and out. Perhaps a coloured paint on the step edge would assist other stroke survivors with their steps.

Swim up was great. My room was ( i'd say the best) no.1015. Cant knock this hotel.quiet location, great staff & the friendly welclme from alees & robert was amazing. Housekeeper was fantastic,very polite and great at what she does. Small variety of food but very good quality. Very clean, impressed with quietness location, be warned they have the street drainage truck visits wednedsy aftermoon, can be very unpleasnat smell but dont let natural operations effect your stay. Stay away for half hr to avoid this drainage smell. The hotel is 10/10 x great for price. Thanks for everything.

Ein modernes, stilvolles und ansprechendes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang gebucht. Allerdings teilt man sich diesen Pool mit den angrenzenden Zimmernachbarn. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend, das Essen ist köstlich. Auf dem Rooftop gibt es einen Adults-Only-Pool und eine Rooftopbar.

Really nice hotel. Room was clean, although there was a slight air-con leak in our room and the iron I asked for never arrived. Gym is small but reasonably equipped. WiFi not good in some parts of the hotel, couldn't get it in breakfast area or roof terrace.

Personally I wouldn't rate this as a 4 star hotel - more like 3. I realise it is a more relaxed vib hotel, but I feel the rooms were very basic. No bed side tables. No moisturising cream. Or hand wash liquid by the sink. No privacy in the shower / wash area. You could see a curtain had previously been put in place, but was removed.
