This is my 1st time not giving a 5 star review. My wife and I had opted for an early arrival. Normal check in time is 5:00 pm. Was told that we could check in at 1:00 pm for a fee. We agreed to do so. We arrived shortly after 3:00 pm. The place had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, towels were in the floor and the trash can was half full. My wife changed the linens and washed the towels so we would have some clean. Contacted the host and they did come by a clean while we were at dinner, but most of the work had been done by us. For the price that we paid for this VRBO the conditions were highly unacceptable. We did love the location but it could have been a lot better.

The location was fantastic - right across from Truist stadium and a block from Panthers stadium. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the apartment was just as advertised. communication with the host was outstanding.

Had some difficulty getting access to the garage when we first got there but was able to figure it out. Great location. Easy access to downtown and the interstate. I was able to get an early check in and late check out. The company was very responsive to any email I sent which was greatly appreciated.
