The hotel is quiet and on a great location surrounded by shopping and residencial areas. A good night sleep. The parking inside the 10 story building is scarce and they charge for it. Unusual for a city like Lima. Unlike San Francisco where you need to reserve a parking spot before the hotel :) There is no breakfast offered with the rooms. They have a restaurant next to the lobby but they don’t offer continental or american or a breakfast combo of any kind. You will need to put your own together by asking for eggs, bacon or ham, coffee and juice price and sold separate. The name of the hotel is “Art Hotel” but don’t expect to be to impressed with the hangings on the colorful walls that give a cheerful feel to the theme. With the price right and a good resting sleep I will go back to the friendly Art Hotel.

Muy bien ubicado, muchos buenos restaurantes cerca, bonita decoración del lobby, pero nos cobraron estacionamiento cuando no se especifica tarifa para ello en la App de Hotels.com. El estándar del hotel no contempla sábanas en las camas. Las habitaciones no tienen friobar. Cuando llegamos, la habitación no tenía ni botellas de agua, las cuales luego nos hicieron llegar. En general bonito, pero con detalles por mejorar.

They charge for parking, that’s a shame because on the booking they show they have parking but they never say you need to pay extra for it. Also a friend stayed some hours and they charged me an extra fee for that. The fee was the same as my room fee. At the end I payed for “two rooms”. Doesn’t sound fair to charge $30 more because somebody visit you.

The hotel was very pretty and clean. There is attached restaurant called Rutina Cafe which has many great options. I came to Lima for laser Eye Surgery and the staff were so kind and helpful. Andrea at reception was especially kind and helped me with ordering food (since I speak no spanish). She was amazing! I would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples. Very cute hotel in a nice area of San Isidro. Quick Uber to Miraflores as well, which has great shopping. Thank you!!

I consider cleanliness to be the item that shows the character of any business. After taking a shower and walking bare foot in the room, I noticed my feet were sticky. Thinking it was just a spot I use the bathroom wet floor towel without soap to mop the spot. To my surprise I notice that all the floor was dirty as the one spot. Totally unaceptable.

Overall, my experience was good. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room with the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is safe and there is a great restaurant Senor Limon nearby with the best cebiches in Lima. The only thing is the taxi to the airport is expensive US$35.00

The pictures shown are NOTHING like the property. The place is old, dirty, and unkept. I have never had such a bad experience. To begin the lobby is in a coffee shop. They first gave me a room with a small bed and no windows. Then they changed me to an even worse room that was filthy, had bright green walls, stained bed, stained curtains. Gross all together. Given the fact that they use very MISLEADING pictures to advertise I did not feel safe at all. Contacted expedia and booked another place. Management offered to put me in the room I had originally booked (that smelled like paint since it has been painted recently). There was no manager on site which means there was no one capable of making a decision and it took longer than needed. Extremely poor management. The only positive thing is that staff is friendly.

Beautiful property. Absolutely amazing for that price point. It would cost 10 times that in the US. Everything was clean and modern. Just like the pictures! Paid $18 for a room with 2 double beds. There was a desk for working, a safe for valuables, beautiful lighting and comfortable beds. The lobby was very chic and artistic. I will definitely stay here when I return. Be aware it is about 30 min from the Airport if you are only staying 1 night like I did. Uber was about $12 one way. Factor that into your budgeting.

I am truly thankful this place is a place that allows you to enjoy yourself. Rooms are clean. Hot water. Working A/C. I rarely review for hotels- this one I had to. You'd like it. Close to restaurants and parks. 10/10.

El hotel me cobró dos veces. Expedia ya les habia pagado y al llegar me dijeron de que no y que debía pagar todo. Confié en ellos y pagué, pero luego me dijeron que pagué dos veces. Mal servicio de recepción. No pueden equivocarse de esa forma. Nunca más iré a ese hotel.

The hotel was very pretty and clean. There is attached restaurant called Rutina Cafe which has many great options. I came to Lima for laser Eye Surgery and the staff were so kind and helpful. Andrea at reception was especially kind and helped me with ordering food (since I speak no spanish). She was amazing! I would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples. Very cute hotel in a nice area of San Isidro. Quick Uber to Miraflores as well, which has great shopping. Thank you!!

I stayed for 15 days and my experience was very positive, the location is great just a block from the beautiful Olivar Park, the hotel is located in a small street so you won’t hear the traffic. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bakery and boutiques are all around.

A little gem in one of the best neighborhoods … Not a luxury Hotel , but for the price excellent …. 2 minutes walk to beautiful Oliver park , which is a gem . 5 minute walk to upscale restaurants ..👍

Great Location & Friendly Staff I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent, the area feels *safe, and there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries just a short walk away, making it easy to find good food and coffee at any time of the day. Additionally, Parque El Olivar, a beautiful and peaceful green space, is just a few minutes away on foot, perfect for a morning walk or some relaxation. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always attentive and making sure guests had a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in a great neighborhood!

The hotel is quiet and on a great location surrounded by shopping and residencial areas. A good night sleep. The parking inside the 10 story building is scarce and they charge for it. Unusual for a city like Lima. Unlike San Francisco where you need to reserve a parking spot before the hotel :) There is no breakfast offered with the rooms. They have a restaurant next to the lobby but they don’t offer continental or american or a breakfast combo of any kind. You will need to put your own together by asking for eggs, bacon or ham, coffee and juice price and sold separate. The name of the hotel is “Art Hotel” but don’t expect to be to impressed with the hangings on the colorful walls that give a cheerful feel to the theme. With the price right and a good resting sleep I will go back to the friendly Art Hotel.

Staying at Arte Hotel felt a little like going insane. The photos looked charming; in person, my room felt like a white, soulless, lightless box. Things were tidy, but not necessarily clean. The room’s entry keypad didn’t work, and I spent far too long coordinating with staff just to get back into my room. Eventually, I had to insist on being given a key. There was only one other room on my side of the floor, but the noise from its occupants was extraordinary—the walls were shaking. They stayed up scream-singing karaoke until I finally called the front desk to intervene sometime between 1 and 2 a.m. To top it off, I found some sort of grub, maggot, or worm in bed with me. It’s cheap for a reason. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located and had several restaurants nearby. The restaurant at the lobby was a concession, very good!!! But make sure to ask for the hotel's breakfast menu ($8 per person). Otherwise you'll be paying for a regular priced breakfast, very very good, and the portions are big!!! The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first day and it was quickly resolved. Definitely a good place to go. Very close to Miraflores (tourist area).
