Laundry center super helpful. Grab and go breakfast it's just what it is grab and go. I like the convenient comfort and simple pricing. Love the staffing they are different personalities that take initiation into your needs.

I would not recommend this property to anyone there was no pool. They did not provide the breakfast. They didn’t know housekeeping they did not want to give you towels to replace your towels when you showered. My daughter was in another room had slipped in the bathtub and fell out into the floor. They was supposed to do an incident report they did none. She heard her hip and they did not even care. They was constantly being rude and disrespectful to most of the people that were staying there I seen at least four people check out because of this. The elevators did not work. You had to walk up and down four flights of steps to even get back-and-forth to your room

It was awesome until the elevator stopped working. Then it became a nightmare. I well not book again until elevator is fixed.

Property was excellent. Only issue was the elevator was out for the week I was there. Staff was great.

4th floor no elevator 96 steps to top try that 6 or 8 times a day

Elevators did not work had to lug luggage up and down the stairwell. Last month's day I complained about the elevator not working on checkout elevator still not working after a month so out of order.

Unfortunately the elevators were down hopefully they get them fixed timely matter to accommodate guess

I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Ormond Beach for 5 days and I was thoroughly satisfied with the staff,the service and the accommodations. The property was clean neat and the room and the common areas were immaculate. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in thr greater Daytona Beach area. .

Dirty room, rusty lamp, holes in sheets, uncomfortable bed, broken vending machine

The bed sheets on what was supposed to be a 'clean bed' and the bath towels were stained, suggesting they had not been changed since the previous guest's stay. The floor in the room was in terrible condition; when a paper towel was wiped across it, it came up black with dirt. Additionally, the entire rug in the hallway in front of all the room doors was filthy and appeared never to have been vacuumed. Lastly, like on my last stay there almost a year ago, the elevator was STILL not working.

⭐ 1 Star I stayed here recently for my birthday weekend and was very disappointed with the conditions. The room had a serious issue with roaches — I even opened a towel and one fell out, which was extremely unsettling. I also saw roaches near the bed and in the room itself. This made my stay very uncomfortable, and it’s not what I expected when booking a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues, but until then, I cannot recommend this property to others

This hotel is a joke! Has a ugly smell in rooms! There also Very Dirty, has roaches, rude staff, and there’s no breakfast! & Elevator didn’t work!

The staff was awesome. The floor in the room was very dirty as evidenced by the bottom of my socks. The "breakfast" was a joke. It consisted of coffee, instant grits, granola bars, a few pieces of fruit and yogurt. The fruit and yogurt ran out very quickly. The poor breakfast will influence my decision to stay here again.

Very noisy, horrible water pressure in the shower

If you’re looking for an overnight stay in the Ormond/Daytona Beach area, look no further! This hotel is conveniently located near everything you’d need! Also, facility’s conditions are like new! Rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean! Beds are a bit on the stiff side, though. Otherwise, overall great experience!

One side of the hotel faces the Highway.. it could be noisy

Very clean. No pool. Full kitchen which was nice but I had a room facing the highway. The noise from the highway waa loud so it wasn't a quiet location. I stayed because that was the cheapest ratw for a clean facility

We were on the first floor and it was noisy. Room doors slam constantly and I could hear the guest upstairs from me stomping around and having sex in the middle of the night. Our room was clean and the bathroom was updated.

Clean, and quiet. Ample parking available. Comfortable bed. Room felt a little warm but nothing major. Was a good stay, and would come back.

The elevator was not working at all (the whole stay), so we had to take the stairs. Isn't this a major violation?! They said we'd be on the third floor, I said no thanks. So they suddenly found something on the second floor. The stairs were still very steep and definitely not easy trying to carry suitcases up and down. Also, the floors were very thin - we could hear people above us running and had very heavy feet when they walk, and then occasionally we'd hear a jump and it scared the crap out of me, even woke me up from sleep once. The tv had satellite dish and it went out for long periods of time so we didn't even get to watch much tv. The breakfast was very meh - no hot food at all, and very limited choices on anything healthy. The coffee didn't have any creamers. It was overall not a good experience - felt like a broken down motel instead of a nice hotel and I can say for certain that we will not return to stay there.

Nice place I stay here when traveling. Water pressure in the shower is my only problem. I’ve stayed there many times and will continue to but the water pressure is low in all the rooms. It may be the style of shower heads?

Done budget motel. Nothing wrong with anything except the noise from the people walking around in the room above. Ask for a top floor room. Pillows not great but serviceable. Clean.

Check in was fine. We came down for the breakfast at 9:15. First of all there was noone at the front desk. When they finally came out there were no smiles or greeting or any acknowledgement. I had to greet them. The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30. Everything was put away. Asked front desk if we could get anything. The girl did not say anything and literally dragged her feet to show me the closet to get a bar and muffin. I asked for coffee. She said we could have some leftover coffee from the counter. I told her it was empty. The older girl at the desk says she wont brew another batch since it ends soon. I told her its not even end time. She says she will give me a pot and coffee to make my own. All of this exchange and the girls had no expressions. Just a 'whatever' kind of attitude. What a waste of money. We paid the extra to go to this hotel since it included breakfast. The girls at the desk could care less. No apologies or willing effort to help. This was not a cheap stay. But the front desk said it all. What a way to start the day. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

They kept taking in people to stay but never did they once say that there was no hot water. We were advised that the water was fixed and to give it a few minutes to warm up. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere but again was advised that it was repaired and working. We checked out the next morning with still no hot water, and in Florida there is a State Law that states hot water must be maintained for quests. Guess the State needs to get a call, and they will.

This was a nightmare. I booked a hotel for my 19 year old son (who was travelling for sport) on Expedia and paid for the room. When he got there they told him he could not stay because he was under 21. I spent the next hour on the phone, begging them to allow him to stay. I had to fill out an authorization form with a credit card before they “made a big exception”. My son would’ve slept in his truck if I hadn’t been able to move mountains.. in what planet do you decide that a prepaid guest who can legally face the death penalty is not allowed in your hotel? Where are disclaimers that prevent you from booking such a room. This company can rot in you know where! ** Note: they were happy to see me lose my prepaid fees AND see my son sleep outdoors.??

I stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Daytona Beach Ormond Beach from Friday, May 23 to Sunday, May 25. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff initially seemed friendly, the experience quickly turned frustrating and unacceptable. Upon arriving after a long 3-hour drive, my pregnant wife was eager to take a warm shower. To our shock, after running the water for 10 minutes, it was still freezing cold. When I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, they called a “manager” and a maintenance person in front of me, who explained the boilers were down — meaning no hot water was available. They claimed moving rooms wouldn’t help and promised to fix the issue. What felt like dishonesty was that this “boiler outage” was only disclosed after we checked in and entered our room. It’s simply impossible that the boilers broke down within 15 minutes of our arrival. It’s clear the staff knew about the problem beforehand but chose not to inform guests at check-in. My wife was unable to shower for the entire weekend, and I was forced to endure freezing cold showers. The next day, the issue remained unresolved. When I spoke to the staff again, they assured me they were working on it, yet continued to check in other guests without warning them about the ongoing hot water problem. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when expecting a clean, functional room for a restful stay. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The folks at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely come back again.

The front desk agent Lexie was fantastic. She was very helpful and cheerful. She made check in a pleasure!

Amber working the front desk was the most pleasant and so kind. She was there for an extra shift and still as pleasant after her long shift. Always smiling. Room was very clean. Great for a few night stay and drivable to beach

Staff were so friendly and helpful, receptionist was a credit to the hotel

The desk woman was very rude to me they didn't have the room i reserved the elevator was down so we couldn't get to a room just horrible had to find another hotel at 9 in the evening

The staff was excellent. Lexie checked us in and was super helpful and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the hotel/surrounding area. Itzel made check out a breeze and was very kind with us. Breakfast is all pre-packaged options which were great for us to grand and go on our way out each morning. The room was super clean and I was not expecting there to be a full size fridge in there LOL. The room setup was really nice. If you need any plates/cookware the front desk has it. There is no pool but thats okay! The beach is less than 15 mins away. Theres a cracker barrel, dunkin, racetrac and McDs right in the same street as the hotel. Less than 4 mins away theres a publix. It was a great area and if we get the opportunity to come back to this area, this would be the first place I look up for lodging.

The staff is super nice and property is nice. They take dogs which is convenient. Only downside is that it’s near the highway and there is car noise.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, clean property and friendly staff. It was very close to shopping centers and walkable distance to a gas station, also right off of I-95, would come again when I'm in town

This hotel was in good condition. It seemed new or newly renovated. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast that they advertised is just a grab and go consisting of packaged small muffins and granola bars. They had a couple instant oatmeal packets and coffee or tea but no milk. Very poor breakfast. Disappointing!

Check-in/check-out was very easy. Staff was awesome. Hotel was clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Very limited selection. The most limited breakfast selection I have encountered in the last two years of hotel stays.

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was terrible. We had coffee but No regular cream for the coffee.

We stopped in here on a road trip for a last minute stay. It was incredible value (just over £50) for a hotel night, and the guy at the welcome desk was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast wasn't quite a breakfast, just a bowl of fruit, some grits in a packet and granola bars. Fair enough for such a cheap hotel, but sharing just in case future customers read "free breakfast" and imagined a more plentiful affair.

If you are looking for a continental breakfast - this is not the place. They had one boiled egg, two muffins, and a handful of nutrigrain bars for the entire facility.

However, the breakfast was very disappointing — just coffee, a few pieces of fruit, granola bars, and some overly processed muffins. Definitely not much to choose from.
