Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare in Brazil, but you’d expect at least 1 staff member in an international hostel to speak just a little English, here none spoke English..

Hospedagem excelente. Vivi minha primeira experiência ficando em quarto compartilhado e foi bem legal. O lugar em geral é limpo, organizado, o café da manhã muito gostoso, as funcionárias muito atenciosas. Só um ponto de melhoria é a limpeza da cozinha e das geladeiras. As geladeiras são bem antigas, quase não coube as poucas coisas que precisei colocar e a geladeira era bem vela e estava com um odor desagradável. Tirando isso, só elogios.

Local que transmite muita paz. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã farto. Local excelente! Muito perto da rua das pedras e das praias. O único ponto que ao meu ver poderia melhorar são os banheiros, que poderiam ter uma separação entre os femininos e masculinos para uma maior privacidade.

Tudo limpinho. Muito organizado. Perto de tudo, excelente localização. Por ser uma cidade 100% turística, acho que faltou um muito nessa área. Talvez capacitação aos funcionários quanto a dicas de passeios e outros. E tb, ter uma atenção maior ao hospede, quanto as suas necessidades em geral. Pergutar, tentar ajudar, orientar entre outos ...principalmente pelo fato de que, o turísta chega na cidade, conhecendo muito menos do que, os moradores. É importante pra nós turistas fazermos perguntas e termos respostas. Eu, sinceramente, sem nunca ter pesado antes em búzios, sabia mais que o atendente do hostil.
