The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay.

The hotel and the staff were great! Alessandro and Sofie welcomed us and they were both so lovely. The room and bed were comfortable. They offered us a suite but we were happy with a junior room with a nice view of the sea. The valet parking was easy. Good food, beautiful decor, pools were great, the main pool could have been a little warmer and the hot tub hotter, so the hot tub was full all the time. Would visit again in the future.

direkt am Strand; sehr guter rundum Service; auffällig war lediglich, dass gerade im Gastrobereich extrem viel Personal da war, was gemessen an der Anzahl der Gäste absolut übertrieben schien; Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, was eigentlich auch normal ist. Es gibt immer schwarze Schafe ;)

The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay.

The hotel and the staff were great! Alessandro and Sofie welcomed us and they were both so lovely. The room and bed were comfortable. They offered us a suite but we were happy with a junior room with a nice view of the sea. The valet parking was easy. Good food, beautiful decor, pools were great, the main pool could have been a little warmer and the hot tub hotter, so the hot tub was full all the time. Would visit again in the future.
