Excellent hotel in a good position in Heraklion. Our second stay - rooms are comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was large (too large for us) and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Staff are really helpful and very friendly. The one downside is the parking - close a car park but always full. Great hotel will stay again if on Crete.

Loved the hotel, and the staff. I rated 4/5 because there were not enough vegan options for breakfast (the cost of breakfast is included in the room rate). Also, it was difficult to find parking. The lot that the hotel recommends was full, on 2 different days, so we had to find street parking and risk getting a ticket.

Needed to stay near the port for the night and this hotel did exactly what it needed. Pleasantly surprised at how cute the hotel was! Would like to stay again. Everything was great other than the car situation. Had to park far and roll over 4 suitcases. Not fun! There should be at least one spot for this.

Was a nice property very central. The hotel was cute and the staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. It was located within walking distance of most of the iconic places. Parking did cost 5 euro across the street but it wasn’t a big deal to us, just something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

Congestion in and around Heraklion is insane. We stayed 4 days and had to park our car a mile away and walk back and forth. ZERO available parking near this hotel. The hotel needs to figure this out because the current situation is unacceptable. This is most unfortunate because the hotel itself is fantastic! Great staff, great room and close to a lot of shopping and dining options (walking). The construction outside added to the congestion and created a noisy and dirty enviro-ment outside the hotel. This is not the hotels fault, but it does contribute to the overall feeling of the stay.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We enjoy the comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the good breakfasts. It is well placed inside the walls of the old town and in easy walk to good restaurants (if a bit touristy) and some good coffee shops and so on. The shopping area is great (so my wife tells me) although we don't do much of that while we are there. Previously we have taken a car but parking around the hotel is difficult so this time we left the car and used taxis and buses as necessary. If you want a comfortable room with good facilities and a king size bed this could be for you. We recommend.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and we were eager to leave. Whilst we were waiting for check-in time, we were told that we could wait in an upstairs lounge. However, when my mother attempted to sit in one of their chairs, it collapsed from underneath due to one of its legs being bent inwards. This was also the case for three other chairs in the lounge. My mother ended up hurting her back and side quite severely, and whilst the staff were apologetic and kind, it soured our view of the hotel. They tried to offer us a meal as compensation, but we were not interested. The hotel room itself also had a few faults, such as a broken toilet roll holder, and the flushing panel for the toilet kept falling off. The plug in the sink was also damaged, and water from the shower next to the bed had also damaged the cornices of the wall. This caused a moldy smell to waft near the bed. Hopefully, they review our room for the health and comfort of future customers.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Hotel is in a very busy and congested area, which is not the vibe I got from the description and pictures online. Parking is problematic. Room layout was very strange with a sink right next to the bed. Rain shower didn’t work. The first room they gave me smelled heavily of smoke but they were very apologetic and moved me. Again, staff was lovely! But it was not my scene.

Hotel molto bello con suite pulitissime e accessoriate. Personale estremamente disponibile , in particolare Anastasia. Colazione ottima ma poco varia , aggiungerei la possibilità di ordinare qualcosa di dolce come un croissant. Eviterei di offrire la possibilità di noleggiare un auto o cambierei gestore.. condizioni di noleggio poco chiare e tra l’altro noi abbiamo perso un’ora alla riconsegna causa ritardo dell’addetta e difficile ricollocazione del mezzo; quando ti fermi meno di quarantott’ore perdere un’ora destinata ad altro non è piacevole.

Stayed in V Suite, which was positively gigantic by European standards. Also had a huge balcony overlooking a busy intersection. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the restaurants/pedestrian area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast choices were over the top and couldn't possibly be finished by a normal human being; staff was very nice and offered to pack the extras as a to-go box. Our last day we had an early morning ferry and they packed us a breakfast box to go.

The property is very conveniently located to walking distance from good quality restaurants, shopping areas, port. The suites included breakfast is very good and everybody working there has great attitude, friendly, helpful and always with a nice smile in their face

This is a very nice hotel. Please note that sometimes the service is over organized. Business travelers don't like to fill in the breakfast request and time of breakfast a day in advance. Please relax!!

Nice room with a view. However, the stuff needs to be trained better. The lady at the reception asked us for a credit card (for incidental charges) with the reasoning "just in case you take something from the room and you don\'t pay it". This is not professional. The breakfast was horrible. They served us a very poor breakfast,a cold coffee, 2 eggs, a little bowl of cereal and a very little bowl of fruits with two slices of bread. It was a breakfast for one, not for 2 people. This is definitely not a 5 start hotel

Excellent hotel in a good position in Heraklion. Our second stay - rooms are comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was large (too large for us) and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Staff are really helpful and very friendly. The one downside is the parking - close a car park but always full. Great hotel will stay again if on Crete.

Needed to stay near the port for the night and this hotel did exactly what it needed. Pleasantly surprised at how cute the hotel was! Would like to stay again. Everything was great other than the car situation. Had to park far and roll over 4 suitcases. Not fun! There should be at least one spot for this.

We had an amazing time at Legacy. The staff helped to make it perfect. The food was awesome, but so much of it. Breakfast was fresh Cretan pastries and jams. We added fresh cooked eggs! It was close to shopping and the Lion Square.

Congestion in and around Heraklion is insane. We stayed 4 days and had to park our car a mile away and walk back and forth. ZERO available parking near this hotel. The hotel needs to figure this out because the current situation is unacceptable. This is most unfortunate because the hotel itself is fantastic! Great staff, great room and close to a lot of shopping and dining options (walking). The construction outside added to the congestion and created a noisy and dirty enviro-ment outside the hotel. This is not the hotels fault, but it does contribute to the overall feeling of the stay.

Stayed in V Suite, which was positively gigantic by European standards. Also had a huge balcony overlooking a busy intersection. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the restaurants/pedestrian area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast choices were over the top and couldn't possibly be finished by a normal human being; staff was very nice and offered to pack the extras as a to-go box. Our last day we had an early morning ferry and they packed us a breakfast box to go.

Loved the hotel, and the staff. I rated 4/5 because there were not enough vegan options for breakfast (the cost of breakfast is included in the room rate). Also, it was difficult to find parking. The lot that the hotel recommends was full, on 2 different days, so we had to find street parking and risk getting a ticket.

Was a nice property very central. The hotel was cute and the staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. It was located within walking distance of most of the iconic places. Parking did cost 5 euro across the street but it wasn’t a big deal to us, just something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

Nice room with a view. However, the stuff needs to be trained better. The lady at the reception asked us for a credit card (for incidental charges) with the reasoning "just in case you take something from the room and you don\'t pay it". This is not professional. The breakfast was horrible. They served us a very poor breakfast,a cold coffee, 2 eggs, a little bowl of cereal and a very little bowl of fruits with two slices of bread. It was a breakfast for one, not for 2 people. This is definitely not a 5 start hotel

This was our third stay at this hotel. We enjoy the comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the good breakfasts. It is well placed inside the walls of the old town and in easy walk to good restaurants (if a bit touristy) and some good coffee shops and so on. The shopping area is great (so my wife tells me) although we don't do much of that while we are there. Previously we have taken a car but parking around the hotel is difficult so this time we left the car and used taxis and buses as necessary. If you want a comfortable room with good facilities and a king size bed this could be for you. We recommend.
