The check in staff were very courteous. The room was very comfortable. And the spa area was pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Amazing place

Every place has some small negativities, I am not here to ruin the 5 star coz of small things. I am Putting the focus on the whole picture. I came here with my little family looking for the short gateway fromm the city of Sarajevo, and not such a long ride.After staying one night I extended stay for 3 more nights. This place is the best Hotel around Sarajevo and Sarajevo itself. Amenities are all new. The whole Hotel Service staff are simply amazing and welcoming. The food is so fresh and tasty. Design of hotel and Variety of food, especially authentic Bosnian full breakfast have my 5 stars .I Never stay in Hotels below 4, and always 5 stars. For Bosnian conditions this is the best Hotel so Far. I will give it 5 star.This is a message to management. Stay updated, pay well the personal to keep it well in the future also . I am looking forward to come back to this place and find it in the same shape again. I was sceptical to book more days coz this hotel has 8 star on Expedia, and cannot be compared with the quality of other hotels which have a bigger stars and don't deserve it. This was the best stay in Bosnia so far
