Tru By Hilton Mt. Juliet, TN

Good location, plenty of resteraunts. Rooms were comfortable. Tv was unusually quiet and you could not hear it unless you are right by it. The eggs and sausage were cold for breakfast and one morning everything at the breakfast was gone. Also the hotel was down to one elevator and one night that elevator was broken. Overall id stay there again, i would plan on alternate plans for breakfast.

Nice hotel, room was decently clean. Breakfast was ok. Pool was much smaller than the pictures show. Overall would stay here again!

Very nice property. I always like to book TRU by Hilton because you know what you get. Nice lobby with many attractions, friendly staff, nice breakfast, gym pool and spacious room. The MT Juliet location is great with many shopping and dining options.

Hotel has a full service bar, pool table, and other game tables available as well, really enjoyed my stay and great location from downtown, rooms were very clean, updated, and well lit

I enjoyed the outdoor pool area and being able to have drinks from the bar in the pool. Nice summer drinks option and good food from restaurant.

This was my first time in a TRU and it is much like it's siblings Hilton Gardens and Hampton Inn. The rooms are smaller, do not include microwave, closet, an upholstered chair or coffee maker. I found the room comfortable, not crowded or cluttered. The slight lack of amenities reduced the rate from $160 at the Hampton to $120, saving me $40. This is a new hotel with new staff. The restaurant is under staffed with one person doing the wait and buss staff duties. The new cook has not settled into a routine. It took 30 minutes to get 2 eggs easy in an empty restaurant. The gym, public areas were clean and cared for. Both a pool table and a foosball table are available just off the lobby.

Hotel was the convention hotel for a Comecon Starwars convention. Didn’t have our reserved style of room 5/24 ready at 3:30pm, put us in a king room, it was a cracker box room, they them moved us to the style of room but it was a handicap room. Went out to dinner with our family, when we returned ALL of the hotel parking was taken, no place to park, some type of event going on. I spoke with the maintenance man who informed me parking wasn’t reserved and that the people where staying here at the hotel, I told him wasn’t true and as a paying guest I needed a parking space, ended up using the last Golden Hilton spot. We had a toy vendor across the hall from our room, lots of noise and traffic, but was over around 10:00pm. Next day 5/25 we left 9:00 am for the day with our family when returned, our room had not been cleaned! We went to the front desk and was informed that I had to request Hskping service, I should have told when we checked in….I was not plus no where in my Hotel.com paper work does it say that. I was also told in was in the key card carrier and a decal on the mirror in the bathroom. I WAS NOT TOLD AT CHECK-IN. I would have requested at that time. They said they would get it cleaned on 5/26. Once again noisy night across the hall. We left at 10am and I checked with the front desk to remind about cleaning the room. We return st 3:00pm and the room hadn’t been cleaned, I was told nothing could be done, except dump trash and new towels. The Hskping crew was gone

I was blindsided by the $75 pet fee. I included the pet on my reservation but nothing was said about the fee until check in. This hotel has only 1 working elevator. The TV remote in our room did not work.

The property itself is really nice! The staffing and reservation system is a hot mess. Management left a new front desk person on their own and their computer system is a mess. The line to check in was super long. Probably took about an hour then they couldn’t find my reservation with Expedia. The first room they put us in was right next to the elevator that is super loud. Then they charged me even though I had already paid. Hoping to get that money back! Free breakfast buffet is good. Pretty standard for free breakfast buffet. They do have a restaurant on property, but they don’t have staffing for it, so it wasn’t open while we were there. Overall, definitely expect more from a Hilton. But it’s fine for a night or two.

This is a great place to stay. From clean rooms to wonderful staff. Very comfortable beds. I have stayed there 3 times in the last month for weekend trips. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was not cleaned towels look Dirty and the cable was out? Sheets looked extremely questionable as far as being cleaned room Smelled musty

I’m really big on cleanliness and the hotel, room, and property was kept up really well. I felt very comfortable during my stay. If you are looking for a clean hotel I would recommend this one for sure!

When we checked in we were given a room that was not cleaned at all. One elevator was down and the other was over used. Overall it was dirty. The front desk clerks were on their cell phones all the time and not interested in assisting

I’m going to talk to the manager in the AM. The toilet in my bathroom had stool all over the bowl after 2 flushes it was still there, the previous guest’s key card and a mostly drank coffee was sitting on the bedside table, no trash bags in the garbage cans. I asked the front desk if there was someone already booked in my room because it wasn’t clean. The desk said the hotel was fully booked, she couldn’t move me to a clean room, and housekeeping was gone for the day. $200 for a diarrhea toilet, I could have saved some money and stayed at the Motel 6. Come on man!

Tiny room more like a Microtel. No room for luggage. Horrible water pressure.

Don’t have a coffee maker in the room.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff were very pleasant. Nice clean hotel but walls were paper thin. I could hear people talking by the elevator and in the room next to me like they were right in my room.

First time with TRU brand. Felt like staying in a college dorm. Walls were paper-thin, could hear the family in the next room as clearly as if we shared a room.

Had to wait for a front desk person to be available, there wasn't anyone around near check in time. Also no one at the front desk at check out. I was in a room right by the elevator it was loud, walls were thin.

The breakfast was horrible. Poorly managed. When I got there for breakfast, there was no one getting food. The milk cooler was completely empty, the oatmeal was clumpy and inedible, and the place was a mess. Service at the front desk is dismissive and lacks the feel of any hospitality at all. I wouldn't stay here again .

Property was very Nice and clean. Biggest issue was check in was at 3pm, got there and waited in line for 30 minutes just to find out the room was not ready. Had to leave and didn’t get to check in until 8:30. Other than the that minor inconvenience it was an overall great place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a large dog and they were incredibly accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean.

The TRU side of the property is subpar to the Hilton Garden Inn side. There were gashes in the walls, marks and dirty, there was a hole in the screen on the window shade. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was trickling. The day of checkout it was 9 AM and the housekeeper just barged into my room while I was in there did not even knock on the door before entering checkout time was at 11 o’clock.

Nice newer hotel, convenient to the interstate in a good area. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Pictures make the pool area look bigger than it is, but it was big enough to keep our kids entertained and let us relax. Short staffed, had some issues with our television, but staff attempted to do their best to remedy the situation.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was top tier. The food was hot and fresh, self-serve. The staff kept everything stocked and fresh.

We really liked the hotel. It was brand new and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t care for the breakfast. It would be nice to have muffins and yogurt you can take with you. Also a different variety each day would be better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The tables were dirty, most of the breakfast was not available or out of order. Could not find a kitchen attendant to ask for help. Orange juice was out, no decaf coffee, no biscuits or sausage. I was appalled at a Hilton property allowing this to happen. Will never stay again at this location, and will not refer to anyone looking for a place to stay! Not Hilton/TRU quality in any shape!

Noisy kids in the hallways till midnight. Breakfast was sparse and paled in comparison to other Hiltons we’ve stayed at. Wasn’t as relaxing as we expected. Was in a good area , mall and other Eateries were close.

Breakfast offer was the same everyday. Needs to improve.

Check-in was awesome was greeted after that it went downhill had two channels on the TV. They couldn’t get it to work. We’re having problems with the service and had had problems with the service prior to me booking. They didn’t mention it breakfast. The next morning was absolutely horrible. The two girls, that was running it were more worried about what was going on outside with a friend. The eggs was in a water , that was running it we’re more worried about what was going on outside with a friend. The eggs was in a water bath. The sausage was not cooked. It was actually cold. Let me rephrase that it was probably pre-cooked and it was cold. It looked horrible. I stay in a lot of Hilton’s. I was extremely disappointing in this stay when I went to check out, I asked are y’all going to compensate me with some points due to no Tv and the breakfast I was told no that the situation with the TV was not their fault and that I was the only one that was complaining about the breakfast where I failed, I should’ve took pictures

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a great view. The breakfast was very nice and the location was amazing.
