Hotel rooms smell old and are a bit noisy, with shower being quit small. Room windows are double glazed, but you’ll still hear traffic noise from the street nearby. Other than that, I appreciated their free parking (might be full if you arrive late night, though we did not have issues), and also free bottles of water, coffee and ice creams. Overall, it’s worth the price for short stays.

The hotel has an electronic check-in process, which I found fairly easy to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating for common requests. The view was not that great. You will definitely need a rental car or use Uber to get around. There is a nice local bar nearby that has a nice selection of beers and food. The parking lot is located across the street from the hotel so it's a little inconvenient when there is road traffic during the day.

This is a modern, new-ish hotel in a convenient location for us. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided free chilled bottles of water (still or sparkling). Free parking is right across the street. There is an elevator and free WiFi. We chose not to take advantage of their breakfast, but it looked good. A couple of challenges are that there is no AC, but they did provide a standing fan. Also, the unit is ony a couple of hundred yards from a main railroad line, although that did not interfere with our sleep. Our room even had cooking facilities.

Wir wurden von einer sympatischen Dame in Empfang genommen, die sehr freundlich war. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber es gab keine Klima, sondern nur ein Ventilator. Dadurch war es sehr warm in den Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Seite, wo der Zug vorbeifährt, das war sehr laut! Am nächsten Tag wollte man schon vor dem Check out die Zimmer reinigen, man hat sich sehr unter Druck gefühlt. Das Frühstück ging nur bis 9:30Uhr - unserer Meinung viel zu kurz, man kann nicht entspannen und ausschlafen. Man musste auf Brötchen warten und diese waren dann nicht richtig durchgebacken. Am Abend kamen wir etwas später zum Hotel ca. 00:00Uhr und es gab keinen einzigen Parkplatz mehr. Leider hat das Hotel für mehr Stress, als Entspannung gesorgt. Für den Preis die Nacht, viel zu teuer.

Our check in was easy and the lady that checked us in was very nice , helpful and informative. The hotel has free parking and an elevator. Room was very clean and comfortable. Minibar in our room was free so as coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Will stay here again for sure.

Hotel was fine, wifi was a pain to get onto, room was ok, bed was ok, bathroom shower was tiny, breakfast was ok. No bar, no reception the morning of checkout. Hotel was very basic. I would search around a bit next time.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, was es für mich unerklärlich macht, warum man genötigt wird, vorab online einzuchecken - inklusive Hochladen von Ausweisdokumenten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr gut. Dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war uns klar, auch die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke und die Tatsache, dass bei geöffnetem Fenster der Lärm massiv ist. Das Hotel stellt Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung und der Preis spiegelt den Reparaturstau im Bad wider. Unser Bad wies alles auf, von Rissen in Duschwanne & Fliesen über zugeklebten Löchern zum defekten Abfalleimer und der tropfenden Dusch-Armatur. Wie gesagt, für den Preis nimmt man einiges hin und wir haben die Mängel an der Rezeption gemeldet, so dass der nächste Gast hoffentlich einen etwas schöneren Aufenthalt hat; ohne Dauer-Tropfen im Bad und unschöne Rost- und Ablaufspuren. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber (Flecken in der Bettwäsche, Haare im Bad). Dies war nicht unser erster Besuch in diesem Hotel, aber möglicherweise der letzte.

Truly disgusting hotel. The room smelled like sour milk and old cheese. We asked for cleaning and the maid handled us a bottle of febreeze and left. We complained and the manager said she’ll clean the floor. But it still smelled. They moved us to another room, but it was a smoking room and the smell was bad also. We paid for three nights but we just left immediately— too gross to stay in such an unsanitary hotel. Absolutely avoid this trash hotel

I stayed 3 nights and it was quiet and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with full equipment like , coffee maker, kettle, plates, spoons and kitchen sink. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you for everything!

Propreté très à désirer, les matelas sont complètement défoncés, on a du mal à dormir à cause de matelas très très mou. Avec la chaleur, on a eu du mal à dormir surtout sans la climatisation mais cela reste secondaire. Le petit déjeuner est très standard, rien d’exceptionnel.

Convenient location. comfortable beds. Overall, a very good room. Free soft drinks in the minibar were a nice suprise. The only thing to complain about was the very lousy wifi: it was slow and kept diappearing all the time.

I loved the room. It was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and even the color scheme was nice. My friend and I also appreciated the friendly and very helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel is located outside of Zurich, so I believe a car would be needed to get around faster.

Stayed for 4 nights, comfortable beds, clean room, free drinks and snacks in the lobby (especially after 3pm!); housekeeping was great, the digital key worked and we were able to make our own physical key to use as well. Fan in bedroom and black out shades (control next to bed) but it was a little warm in the room!

Road is very busy, so road noise. People smoke right outside entrance. Curtains don’t block light, so room was light all night. WiFi kept dropping speed. Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our visit. Staff were professional and friendly. With the kitchenette we prepared our own meals. 15 walk to train station. A nice riverside walk only 5 minutes from the hotel, and Migros the same distance.

Arrived before noon. No one is present wt exception. No storage of luggage. Had to wait till someone came at 1:30. Staff friendly when present. Great to have coffee machine and free water bottles in the afternoons. Breakfast very satisfying.

Very bad experience with this hotel No customer service once you book your stay online and they get your money you're on your own. You have to self check in nobody there to check you out nobody there to address any problems you have with your room room was outdated and not properly cleaned.

This is a modern, new-ish hotel in a convenient location for us. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided free chilled bottles of water (still or sparkling). Free parking is right across the street. There is an elevator and free WiFi. We chose not to take advantage of their breakfast, but it looked good. A couple of challenges are that there is no AC, but they did provide a standing fan. Also, the unit is ony a couple of hundred yards from a main railroad line, although that did not interfere with our sleep. Our room even had cooking facilities.

Road is very busy, so road noise. People smoke right outside entrance. Curtains don’t block light, so room was light all night. WiFi kept dropping speed. Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our visit. Staff were professional and friendly. With the kitchenette we prepared our own meals. 15 walk to train station. A nice riverside walk only 5 minutes from the hotel, and Migros the same distance.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, was es für mich unerklärlich macht, warum man genötigt wird, vorab online einzuchecken - inklusive Hochladen von Ausweisdokumenten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr gut. Dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war uns klar, auch die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke und die Tatsache, dass bei geöffnetem Fenster der Lärm massiv ist. Das Hotel stellt Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung und der Preis spiegelt den Reparaturstau im Bad wider. Unser Bad wies alles auf, von Rissen in Duschwanne & Fliesen über zugeklebten Löchern zum defekten Abfalleimer und der tropfenden Dusch-Armatur. Wie gesagt, für den Preis nimmt man einiges hin und wir haben die Mängel an der Rezeption gemeldet, so dass der nächste Gast hoffentlich einen etwas schöneren Aufenthalt hat; ohne Dauer-Tropfen im Bad und unschöne Rost- und Ablaufspuren. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber (Flecken in der Bettwäsche, Haare im Bad). Dies war nicht unser erster Besuch in diesem Hotel, aber möglicherweise der letzte.

Hôtel réservé pour 1 nuit , lors d un concert à Zurich . Chambre standard réservée , avec un mobilier vieillot , sans climatisation , le lit de 140x200 était collé au mur d un côté mais je dois dire que l’état de propreté était irréprochable ! Le parking gratuit en face est aussi très pratique . Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas qualitatif et selon moi s’est un point à améliorer absolument . Personnel courtois et poli .

Our check in was easy and the lady that checked us in was very nice , helpful and informative. The hotel has free parking and an elevator. Room was very clean and comfortable. Minibar in our room was free so as coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Will stay here again for sure.

I stayed 3 nights and it was quiet and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with full equipment like , coffee maker, kettle, plates, spoons and kitchen sink. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you for everything!

Hotel was fine, wifi was a pain to get onto, room was ok, bed was ok, bathroom shower was tiny, breakfast was ok. No bar, no reception the morning of checkout. Hotel was very basic. I would search around a bit next time.

Einfach eine Frechheit Bereits wochen vorher bekommt mann Mails mann soll einchecken dabei wird sofort die Stadtgebühr eingefordert obwohl zu zahlen in der Unterkunft!!!! Dann kommt mann im Hotel an, kein deutscher Ansprechpartner mann wird ins Zimmern reingelassen ohne die Zimmerkarte zu erhalten, dann muss die Karte abholen und hinterher laufen. Dieses hat mir 2 Stunden fahrerei gekostet. Zimmer sind abgenutzt, Fernseher defekt, zum Frühstück gibt's kalte Eier ( am besten aus dem Kühlschrank ) was dieses Hotel abliefert ist eine Frechheit!! Nie wieder !!!

Reception is not mnned all the time, nd the car park is not really big enough. On an industrial estate with limited food options, and only serves breakfast. Does provide free water / other drinks though. No AC in the room nd we found all hot, given the road at the front and train yard at the back opening the windows not practical

The rooms were clean and spacious. There was construction outside the window and the street is pretty busy. It was a bit loud as I had to keep the window open during the night to keep cool. The breakfast buffet did cost extra but had a little bit of everything which was great. The hotel offered parking, free sparking and still water, as well as snacks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here
