The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites

Property itself is clean and in a good position. Villa was good but entry gates need attention( don’t close all the way and are not private) Breakfast choice ok apart from drink option. Understand the ink policy, but the extortionate pricing to replace items and only finding out in check in , really needs addressing.

Amazing small hotel located in the heart of the action but set back from the busy streets. Room was clean and comfortable with direct pool access. Staff were amazing and easily accessible for any needs. Limited rooms due to size but a great quiet and friendly place to stay.

I stayed one night in a deluxe room. It looked clean overall, although there was a bit of dust. There seemed to be construction next to the hotel, so there was some noise early in the morning and I had no choice but to wake up earlier than expected. I moved to a pool villa. Both the room and the swimming pool were very clean. There was a pleasant rattan scent in the room, which might depend on personal preference, but I personally liked it. I ordered a floating brunch, and both the coffee and toast were delicious. The staff were very friendly, and whenever there was an issue, it was resolved ㅐimmediately. I accidentally left my key card inside the room and closed the door while I was at the swimming pool, but they responded right away and helped me without any delay. I liked the room so much that I decided to extend my stay for one more night. It was a place I would definitely like to visit again. ✨
