A great option for a weekend stay. Super clean and modern and the room has everything you could need. A couple of notes - The bed is quite firm (but that may be to your liking), the shower pressure isn’t great, the paid car parks are TIGHT, and the room is usually quiet but if there are loud cars or motorbikes outside you can hear them. Those are the only minor downsides I can think of. Otherwise we were very impressed and would stay again!

It’s like pretty much staying at a hotel. I booked this place because it was close to Mt Maunganui and the beach. It was walking distance to them from the suit. A lot of restaurants nearby. Plenty of street parking so no worries about that. Suit was clean, modern and tidy. A little bit noisy with the night bars when sleeping but if you have ear plugs then it will be fine. Cosy.. modern and clean. Exactly like an apartment with dryer and wash machines. what youd expect looking at the sleek exterior of the building. There is private parking at extra cost that was fully booked which we didn't know about until we arrived.

This place is amazing! A 2 night stay last weekend and surrounded by luxury. It’s a brand new hotel and all the fittings innovative and stunning. Loads of hot water, and towels! Washing machine and dryer if needed. All the channels with multi choices to watch. Comfortable King bed, on a busy road but only muffled traffic sounds. Reception and room staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Great price too, for such luxury. Thanks everyone, we will be back ‼️

This was a shiny new building and it was a wonderful unit. We wanted a balcony so that we could sit out in the evening. However, the building was on a busy street next to a liquor store that was popular. Luckily, when windows were tightly closed the noise lessened.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully laid out, our unit was basically a small apartment with separate living room, galley kitchen, separate bedroom and large balcony. My. Maunganui was in easy walking distance as were all the shops and restaurants, highly recommended!

If you want quiet nigh this hotel might not be for you. We stayed Saturday night and it’s vibrant part of the town. Music from pubs around or sounds of traffic, construction works you might hear at night.

My stay here was not planned, I had booked in a hostel for my stay in Tauranga but HAD to get out of there after the first night. What a difference when I entered Quest! Since I was in between two properties (checked out of the other place but too early to check in here) and it was raining outside, the staff member at the front desk kept my luggage for me and I was able to check in a little earlier later that day. This simple gesture was so appreciated. The room itself was so clean, well laid-out, spacious, had a washer, a kitchenette, mini fridge, everything I could have needed.

We loved staying here! Spacious, comfortable bed, great bathroom and really good location to everything we wanted to see and do! The staff were lovely and helpful . Casey came back after hours to sort our room key with a friendly smile! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family if wanting to stay in the Mount.

Staff were awesome to deal with. Bed was super comfy and all the amenities were there that I needed. My son was super happy with the tv options as the weather wasn't great when we were there and we were able to watch a fairly new movie in our room together. I'm looking forward to going back to stay

Perfect accommodation. Very spacious, Spotless and new. Ultra modern. Wish we could have stayed for a week.! Great location close to stores. Beaches and attractions. They even had little milk sachets for tea/ coffee. Front desk staff very helpful. Note there is noone at the front desk in the evening.

One of the cleanest nicest new rooms I’ve stayed at in the world. In the morning the cleaning team were there in the other rooms working away giving them a great service, you can see why they are in such good condition .

I was fooled by the photo on the website that it is walking distance to the beach. However you can still walk to town in 25mins. The bonus is laundry facilities in the room. I was surprised to find out that the price has dropped to $200 instead of $250 p/night if I book on the day. That makes me not wanting to pre book anymore.

Nice, clean, comfortable and modern apartments. We booked the studio and it was spacious, more than enough for two people. Quick, easy check-in. A plus is the EV charger conveniently located at the car park. They also supply the charger cord. Location is also good, a short walking distance from all the cafes and shops, and the beach is not that far away either. However, if you are a light sleeper, try to book a room facing the car park. There is a place with live music and also an Irish bar very close, and you will have a lot of noise till easily 2am at weekends. You can find earplugs as part of the room amenities, they are there for a reason. Bed mattress was not great, but this is something very personal.
