Das Hotel ist 2023 eröffnet und liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Business-Zimmer zeigen alle zu den Gleisen, dementsprechend ist man bei geöffneten Fenster mit dabei, bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings ruhig. Leider gibt es im Gegensatz zu den Fotos keinen Wasserkocher auf den Business-Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig, ob es allerdings den aufgerufenen Preis wert ist, muss jeder selbst entscheiden, es gibt in der Umgebung genug Alternativen. Beim Check-in wird direkt kassiert, die Rechnung gibt es allerdings erst einen Tag vor Abreise.

Zu aller erst ist es direkt am Bahnhof welches ein super Pluspunkt ist. Die Rezeption ist 24 h besetzt, ich habe dennoch angerufen das ich erst um 23 Uhr ankomme bzw. Dank der DB erst um 00:20 Uhr war alles kein Problem. Dann gab es aber keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, den gibt es wohl erst bei den "besseren" Zimmern. Ich finde wenn man einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat kann man den Gästen auch einen Wasserkocher geben. Das Wasser im Badezimmer hat seine gute Zeit gebraucht um warm zu werden.

Tolles City Hotel direkt am Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof mit vielen netten Lokalitäten in fußläufiger Nähe. Nettes Personal. Bei einer Großveranstaltung in der Stadt wurde sogar der Service entsprechend angepasst. Nur die Zapfanlage der Bar sollte mal überholt werden (das Zapfen dauerte lange)😁😎

Hotel moderno e bem localizado, quarto limpo, cama confortável. Café da manha muito simples para o nível do hotel. Ficamos muito decepcionados com a recepção no chek-in, a pessoa que nos recebeu não foi nada simpática. Ja no chek-out, foi uma outra pessoa e foi mais atenciosa.

Das Zimmer und auch generell das Hotel waren sehr modern, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf Erdgeschossniveau, das zu einem verwahrlosten Innenhof, der in das Bahnhofsgelände überzugehen schien, ausgerichtet war. Morgens lag auf meinem Fensterbrett eine Jeans, nachts habe ich gesehen, dass sich in dem eigentlich abgesperrten Hof (so die Rezeptionistin) jemand aufgehalten hat. Das hat mein Sicherheitsgefühl in der Unterkunft sehr beeinträchtigt.

Das Zimmer und auch generell das Hotel waren sehr modern, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war wunderbar. Unser Zimmer hatte Blick auf die Gleise, was nachts absolut traumhaft aussah und trotzdem haben wir kein einziges Geräusch von den Zügen gehört. Die Mitarbeiter waren rundum hilfreich und haben uns gerne beraten als wir fragen zum Frühstück und dem Automaten in der Lobby hatten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichlich, die Saftmaschine ein praktischer Hingucker und die Größe so, dass man wirklich zu jeder Zeit einen Platz gefunden hat. Wenn wir wieder nach Karlsruhe kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben schon oft hier übernachtet. Inzwischen werden wir sogar mit unserem Namen angesprochen. Es war Ostersonntag und leider ist der Koch erkrankt und das Personal war sehr gefordert. Das Hotel war wohl ziemlich gebucht und dadurch das Frühstück etwas geplündert.

Hotel moderno e bem localizado, quarto limpo, cama confortável. Café da manha muito simples para o nível do hotel. Ficamos muito decepcionados com a recepção no chek-in, a pessoa que nos recebeu não foi nada simpática. Ja no chek-out, foi uma outra pessoa e foi mais atenciosa.

Reception clerk was just horrible, disrespectful and a habitual liar. Room is average and tiny. We stayed in many of these intercity hotels but I had enough of them. After this 3 weeks trip l will not choose İntercity Hotels for our future trips
