Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. I would like to come back as soon is possible to lose myself again in the beauty and quiet of this magical place. Thanks

It was in a beautiful setting with vineyards and gardens throughout. The breakfast with eggs individually made and homemade cakes and desserts were phenomenal. There’s a special large communal room with glass views all around with views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom unique. Free parking with charging stations were right across the street. As outstanding as the facilities and grounds were the staff was better. From calling pharmacies to arranging tours to recommending hikes. They gladly did it all. At night they had a different homemade cake and coffee available. I had wonderful experiences at other resorts on this trip but Dimora Cottanera was the best. Grazie

We had an amazing stay. The views are breathtaking and the tranquility of the place made us truly unwind. Our room was beautiful. We had our private outdoor hot tub and terrace from which we could enjoy the views and just relax. The service of Serena and her team was excellent. We loved the infinity pool and gym. We can highly recommend the wine tasting. We love to come back.

An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated. Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Besser geht nicht !!! Es ist ein wunderschönes Weingut in einer super schönen Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr stylisch, das Bett sehr bequem und hart, beste Qualität der Bettwäsche. Es gibt ein Frühstück buffet mit vielen selbstgemachten Kuchen, Eier auf Bestellung und typischen Produkten aus der Region. Abends kann man „ einen Aperitivo“ haben, ein Glas Wein mit Käse und Schinken und der besten Pinza, die wir je gegessen haben. Dies wird in dem Glas Pavillon gereicht, wo man wunderschön sitzen kann. Die Sauna mit Jacuzzi kann man sich täglich vorbestellen, so dass man ganz toll und entspannt als Paar dies nutzen kann. Wir waren im Winter dort, so dass wir leider nicht den Pool nutzen konnten. Dort auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die grandiose Landschaft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich alle Mitarbeiter! Sie sind sehr freundlich, geben gute Tipps für die Gegend und vor allem kommt man sich als Gast auch sehr willkommen vor. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Big Grazie to Serena and Team Cottanera who made our 3 night winter stay wonderful, for our family of four. They were exceptionally accommodating, gave great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, and they put out a delicious breakfast spread. Rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. The wine tasting session and vineyard tour by Patricia was very informative and relaxing. Once again big thank you to the team and we hope to be back again!

Piacevole sorpresa: la struttura é nuovissima, accogliente, il parcheggio è dall’altro lato della strada, da alcuni punti si può osservare l’Etna. La camera era molto spaziosa, nuovissima e molto pulita, con vista sui filari di vite della cantina. Lo staff é sempre stato molto gentile, grazie a Vincenzo, Serena, Graziella, Concetta e Vincenzo.
Piacevole sorpresa: la struttura é nuovissima, accogliente, il parcheggio è dall’altro lato della strada, da alcuni punti si può osservare l’Etna. We loved our stay at Dimora Cottanera! The room was immaculate, with elegant touches and beautiful views. The staff was warm and helpful - truly a highlight of your stay! The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. Would happily stay again!

We had a fabulous night and couple of days at Dimora Cottenera. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are designed to perfection and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Our suite had an incredible cave shower and outdoor bath. Breakfast is second to none with freshly cooked egg dishes and an array of homemade cakes and pastries along with fantastic coffee! The unmatched views of Mount Etna and the surrounding vineyards make it extra special. Highly recommend a tour of the vineyard too if you have time. A real slice of heaven, we can’t wait to come back!

It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine courtesy and care. The free room upgrade was a lovely surprise. Our room was spacious, well-designed and incredibly comfortable. No TV though. One of the highlights was enjoying a glass of Cottanera wine with pinsa and a platter in the vineyard at sunset. It was a magical and unforgettable experience. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and we appreciated the electric car charging point. Such a thoughtful touch for modern travellers. Overall, it was a beautiful one night stay marked by attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful property! I would love to thank the amazing Alessandro! He made us feel at home and he’s so passionate about what he does and enjoyed talking to him. The chef was so kind to us also. The property and the place was so lovely and the room was so much nicer than the photos. Will be coming back for sure.

It was in a beautiful setting with vineyards and gardens throughout. The breakfast with eggs individually made and homemade cakes and desserts were phenomenal. There’s a special large communal room with glass views all around with views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom unique. Free parking with charging stations were right across the street. As outstanding as the facilities and grounds were the staff was better. From calling pharmacies to arranging tours to recommending hikes. They gladly did it all. At night they had a different homemade cake and coffee available. I had wonderful experiences at other resorts on this trip but Dimora Cottanera was the best. Grazie

Big Grazie to Serena and Team Cottanera who made our 3 night winter stay wonderful, for our family of four. They were exceptionally accommodating, gave great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, and they put out a delicious breakfast spread. Rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. The wine tasting session and vineyard tour by Patricia was very informative and relaxing. Once again big thank you to the team and we hope to be back again!

An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated. Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vakkert sted med god personlig service. De ordnet så vi ble hentet med bil i Randazzo (mot et tillegg, men likevel behagelig). De ordnet også så vi fikk room service med pinsa og et glass vin. Besser geht nicht !!! Es ist ein wunderschönes Weingut in einer super schönen Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr stylisch, das Bett sehr bequem und hart, beste Qualität der Bettwäsche. Es gibt ein Frühstück buffet mit vielen selbstgemachten Kuchen, Eier auf Bestellung und typischen Produkten aus der Region. Abends kann man „ einen Aperitivo“ haben, ein Glas Wein mit Käse und Schinken und der besten Pinza, die wir je gegessen haben. Dies wird in dem Glas Pavillon gereicht, wo man wunderschön sitzen kann. Die Sauna mit Jacuzzi kann man sich täglich vorbestellen, so dass man ganz toll und entspannt als Paar dies nutzen kann. Wir waren im Winter dort, so dass wir leider nicht den Pool nutzen konnten. Dort auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die grandiose Landschaft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich alle Mitarbeiter! Sie sind sehr freundlich, geben gute Tipps für die Gegend und vor allem kommt man sich als Gast auch sehr willkommen vor. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The grounds and the views were stunning, the facilities first-class and our room was amazing. But the absolute highlight was the wine tasting, which was so much fun and incredible value. The food we had was delicious and complemented the wine superbly. And our host, Salvo, made the experience so special. We absolutely loved our limited time at Dimora Cottanera and would book again in a heartbeat!
