Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut bis sehr gut. Die schlechte Gesamtbewertung kommt allerdings auf der Tatsache zustande, dass wir neben uns eine über drei Stunden kreischende und gegen die Wand schlagende „Familie“ hatten, die auch um 1 Uhr Nachts noch keine Ruhe gegeben hat. Da kann zwar am Ende die Lokation nichts für, aber es war auch niemand erreichbar über den man sich hätte beschweren können. So sind wie zwar wie geplant am nächsten Morgen wieder los, aber nur mit sehr sehr wenig Schlaf. Die Wände sind halt so dünn, dass man alles von nebenan hört. Schade…

Loud and poorly managed property

Booked this hotel for a last minute emergency. It was around 8pm, well after check in time. It accepted my booking and took the money from my account immediately. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that read, "we are booked for the night. I apologize for the inconvenience." There was no staff available to speak with. I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone. Let me add there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot. I tried getting a refund from Hotels.com and after several attempts of trying to contact the property, I was told a refund was not possible and the cancellation policy would apply. However, how was I supposed to follow the cancellation policy if I booked same day. As a result, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and was left scrambling to find a new hotel for the night with my two year old daughter. They should not have accepted the booking if they were full for the night.

I made a reservation for a room with 2 beds, first room had 1 bed. First room was not cleaned ahead of our check in. Second room had no soap or shampoo - when I went to the front desk to get soap, they said they "were out of soap" and provided shampoo which we had to use in our showers. The front desk gave another guest a key to our room and they attempted to enter our room at about 1115PM. I would like my money back.
