There is no staff. You check in at a kiosk, virtually. It took 45 mins to check in because the kiosk camera would not scan my card and then the interior doors were malfunctioning. The woman on the virtual screen made me 4 different key cards even though I explained the issue was not the card, but the door itself. No staff on site so I had to wait until a Door Dasher came to the hotel with a delivery. Thankfully I was able to access the interior hall and ultimately my room that way. The room directly across from mine had yellow caution tape across it and a busted out lock/handle covered with wood. My bedsheets were stained in several places and had a hole. No staff, so could not get a new set. 1 towel. No coffee pot. No bath mat. All of the outlets were non functional except the one for the tv so I had to dry/curl hair using tv reflection as a mirror. The whole place smelled like pot. Just a terrible experience start to finish.
