The room was clean but dated. We had to ask for soap and shampoo. The guy who checked us in was very helpful with directions to places we wanted to see.

The front desk staff was great to deal with and gave me a room upgrade without me having to ask. The room was a little dated but it’s obvious that they are working on updates. The bedding was obviously high end and the pillows are amazing!! I would definitely stay there again

We had good check in service but in the morning we needed a plunger and I thought I was locked out - ended up my husband had the key - he had to find another washroom. We didn’t get any response to either of the phone numbers we called. It was after 7 am and we would have assumed the office would be open. Felt bad leaving without explaining the situation - not a pleasant discovery for cleaning staff but what could we do. Room was comfortable and it was quiet but really needed some service in the morning.

This hotel was okay. I felt it was expensive for what it was. The rooms were clean but extremely tiny. The tub didn’t drain and the toilet barely flushed. Would have liked to have a picnic table or seating area outside as my family didn’t really all fit in the room at the same time. A decent hotel but felt like I overpaid.
