The hotel is very pleasant. Pool area was great. Rooms were quite roomy. One suggestion is to add a bit more lighting in the rooms though. Staff were very helpful and professional.

The first think i want to say is how lovely all the ladies were when my family and i walked into the establishment. They smiled, and made every one of us feel welcomed. They told us about the grounds and made sure we knew where things were. They were available and happy to help every time i needed anything. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The shower stayed hot throughout all the showers that were taken back to back (4). The hallway was brightly lit and very pretty as well as clean. The pool was a little cold for my liking, but the kids weren't fazed by it, they loooved it. Breakfast was Delicious! I really enjoyed the turkey sausage. In my travels, most hotels do not have turkey sausage ( i only eat chicken or turkey sausage) so i was really happy with that. They had a good array of foods for breakfast. The laundry facilities were awesome, thats something ive never used in a hotel, so im glad it turned out well. I had to travel there for educational purposes, and i truly thing i chose the best hotel. From cleanliness to the workers, food, amenities, rooms, and location. 5 stars across the board. I will be staying there again.

This hotel is great. We had our kids and the pool is SUPER small and not really made for swimming. Just lounging, I guess. Other than that it was great. The breakfast was good. Someone was there make fresh stuffed French toast and there were lots of other good options, as well.

Out stay here was nothing short of fantastic. I must say the breakfast was really good they just need more help with larger crowds. Otherwise no complaints! Our room was very clean and had plenty of amenities available. Pool is small but it’s there, thin walls but it isn’t the worst. I would stay here again! Customer service also is very good

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, pool and customer service. The heat in our initial room didn’t work too well, but they made it right and provided us with another room. The shower water temperature did take quite a while to heat up. Overall it was a good time!

The most isn’t enough parking for the hotel. The elevator didn’t work. The walls were thin. We heard everything. Staff wasn’t friendly but I wouldn’t say rude. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Was told the swimming pool was available but it was out of order , staff showed attitude

The parking situation does not appear to be adequate. We only had 1 available open space in the parking lot when we arrived.

Overall was ok. But carpet was not cleaned.

Absolutely horrible experience. Alert, alert, alert. Both of our rooms were dirty. The sheets comforter pillowcases were from the previous guest. Full of hair dirt and absolutely disgusting. Management could care less. No one contacted us. No one said anything stay away from this very bad hotel.

Very clean and comfortable

We arrived to a kitchenette with half used dish soap and a shower with only body wash and grout chipping in huge chucks all over the shower floor. No cleaning service at all for seven days. No warning that you may have to request it. We ran out of everything and bought it own. The hotel looks chic but it’s like a poorly flipped house, the cracks show immediately. I would not stay there again for that price and I got a great discount.

My sheets were dirty, they remade the Bed with the filthy sheets. I didn’t see all the filth until I was moving the blanket to get into the bed. Absolutely disgusting and no apology from the front desk, he just complained that “the cleaners never do their job”. Seemed to be the norm., I have stayed at this hotel several times and this will be the last and the last for all of my coworkers after I showed them the pictures.

Yes , kitchen was excellent, rooms we in were pretty dirty hair on floor no sheets on bed . Staff was nice

Our room smelled like marijuana and all they could offer was a smaller room with a smaller bed, we didnt take this offer as it didnt make sense with the price we paid. Walls were filthy with some sort of brown liquid stains and crawling with ants. We asked for soap since there was none in our room. Took 3 days of bugging to get a bar of soap. Stayed here two years ago and had a much better experience. Not sure what happened since then.

This hotel stay was perfect. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional. It was not the standard “breakfast included” meal. The pancakes were freshly made, a yogurt bar and fresh baked goods. This facility has so many special details.

Great stay but very noise guest above us. We got in late from a baseball game and were woken up at 12 and 2 am from people jumping around upstairs

One night stay with my wife. Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, room was also. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with chef on duty cooking eggs to order. Hotel was very dog friendly, lots of guests with their pooches. Only thing of mention, or room was a king all the rest at one end of the hotel. We had to run water in shower for up to 5 minutes to get hot water. Never had it not be instant at any other hotel.

GOOD: This is a solid dependable hotel for the King of Prussia area. The staff is very courteous and the facilities are clean and well kept. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. OKAY: The toiletries leave a little to be desired (they are good but not great). BAD: I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than the parent company Westin doesn't make the online or app very easy to use. I spent over an hour with a service tech trying to activate my online account with no success. But that could just be a "bad day" for me.

Nice hotel quiet and room size is very nice. Room had small kitchen area with a sink but no water. The breakfast area needs some help, there are only two tables to sit down and have breakfast the remainder of the area is bar type seating and alot of larger chairs and sofa seats. Other than that we had a nice stay...Will be back to this one for sure.

they over-booked and didn't have my room. thry did call ahead to a nesrby hotel to secure a room, but it was not equivalent to what i booked originally.

Stayed here for a quilt show in the arwa and it was a great place to sleep and work on our projcets in a small group! Staff was plesant and very accomodating. We used the lobby tables for several hours undisturbed! Highly recommend!

Drove 17 hours overnight from florida to stay at this hotel for the week. Called at 8am morning of check in asking for early check in since i would be getting into town at 1230 as opposed to 3. Front desk receptionist told me they dont ever honor early check in, are unable to confirm it even if they could, and even if they did, they charge a big fee to facilitate early check in. All of this made me irate, front desk receptionist told me she would call me at noon and tell me if they were able to honor it after speaking to housekeeping. I was then sent an email from someone who represented himself as the GM, James Denaro, that not only was my reservation cancelled, but i wasnt permitted at or inside the hotel. He didnt call me to discuss the situation, didnt ask for my side of whatever issue existed, which pertained to the early check in request, just sent me an email cancelling everything for someone who drove 15 hours overnight which i told them. I then subsequently requested the email for his regional manager and he seemingly intentionally provided the wrong email address. i emailed him back to notify him of this and it’s now been a week and no response since. This is a dodgy hotel, run by dodgy people. Its ashame because the element brand nationally is a good one and the management of the actual company are good people but this particular location is garbage and its run like a garbage can. I would run in the other direction as quickly as possible away from this hotel.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming. Also, it appeared they wrote the wrong room number on other guests card holders . And several people tried to enter my room.

The hotel was excellent, but the free breakfast had a lot to be desired. It had great offerings if they had the staff to stock as soon as they ran out. We had to ask for plates. You would have thought they would have been better prepared since they had every room booked the night before. They literally ran out of everything from bagels to fruit for the yogurt. I have stayed in so many hotels that offered free breakfast and was never as disappointed as I was with this one. I will not stay there again, although the location was great and the room was clean and awesome.

I came to this hotel, but not initially. The conference that I was attending, had us up in a really horrible venue. When I came to this place, it was amazing. The cleanliness was superb. The amenities were amazing as well. Make sure and hit that swimming pool. I was really impressed by the breakfast. I was also surprised to find that they had a happy hour included. This definitely would be a repeat visit for me if I ever came down to visit again.
