Nice and quiet area to have a family to stay, the shampoo spa is the best to have and choose. Staffs are friendly and helpful in all the time but the hotel rooms are too dusty.

由博多駅西15出口有電梯一出，經KITTE 0101巴士站前大馬路口，經過小小的明治公園，路程只需要6分鐘就到達，晚上寧靜。一分鐘內有7-11。非常方便。住宿房間很大，設施應有盡有，酒店大堂除了有洗髮水自助吧外更有日常用品可隨意取用，有獨立包裝漱口水，非常方便。員工若不懂外語，亦有電子翻譯機幫助溝通，每一位都友善。可提前幾天幫忙預約的士，更貼心幫忙提行李。check in 前後都提供行李看顧服務。這是一個公寓式酒店，房間內有洗衣機，咖啡機，非常方便，雖然沒有每日提供清潔服務，要連續住滿6天才可自行選擇一天進行房間清潔，check in後員工會事先詢問。但可每天11:30前自行把垃圾放置房門前，待清潔員工收走。房間內有備用毛巾兩箱，使用過的毛巾讚可以自行帶去酒店大堂要求更換。非常方便。廚房內有齊煮食工具，少量餐具，方便輕鬆住食，雪櫃容量大，可提前買雪藏類手信。下次來福岡都希望再次入住。

Nice room! Very clean and a good size. You had to go and get tableware (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and an iron from reception as they were not already in the room, but all were available. Overall a very nice stay!

신축이라 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 방도 생각보다 넓고 소음도적고 직원들도 많이 친절합니다. 세탁시설이 없고 청소를 매일해주지 않는건 아쉬웠어요.

１部屋で2人以上泊まれるホテルはなかなかないので今回は４人で宿泊できてとても満足しました。広い部屋で清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。シャワーとトイレが別なのも嬉しかったですが、お風呂は湯船がなくシャワー室が狭いので動きにくかったです。フロント前でシャンプー、リンスが選べたのはテンション上がりました。宿泊するだけだったので従業員と交わしたのはチェックイン、チェックアウトだけでしたが特に不満はありませんでした。

위치가 좋았어요. 하카타역과 캐널시티 중간정도 되서 돌아다니기 편했구요. 지어진지 오래 안된곳이라 깨끗하고 직원분 영어발음이 일본식이 아니라 놀람요ㅎㅎ 객실에 싱크대와 전자랜지, 식탁있어서 편했습니다.. 기존 일본호텔들보다는 조금 넓은편..바닥이 걸을때 좀 울려요..그래서 윗층서 소음이 좀 나더라구요.실내화 꼭 신고 움직였어요

성인2 초등학생2 4박하였습니다. 큰침대 2개와 4인용 식탁이 있어서 성인 4인까지도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 바닥여유도 있어서 큰캐리어 1, 작은캐리어2, 각종짐 두어도 괜찮았습니다. 전자렌지 있고, 조리도구는 최소한으로 있습니다. 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 편했고, 타올은 카운터에 이야기하면 바로 계속 받을 수 있었습니다. 하카타역과 가깝고, 두번정도 왕복하면 지도 없이 다닐 수 있는 정도였습니다. 다만 낮시간 체크인시 직원분이 카운터에 없을 수 있는데 호텔 대표번호로 전화하면 금방 오셨습니다.

It is a small hotel but relatively new and well maintained. Room is spacious and clean, just as the pictures on the website. Communication is done via a 'talking translator' - inspite of this challenge - the Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. We had an enjoyable 2-week stay. If there is room for improvement, may we suggest 2 items. One, that the hotel provides a luggage rack in the room. Two, servicing of the guest room (done every 4 days) should include changing of the bedsheets.

シャンプー、トリートメントを選んで色々と試せたのは良かった！広くてベットが4つあり、キッチン付の部屋が良かったのいでこちらのホテルを選んだが、宿泊代が高い割にホテルまでタクシーを呼んだり出来ないし、朝食付きにしたら1種のお弁当しかなく甘い味付けで私達の口には合わなかったです。

シャンプー、トリートメントを選んで色々と試せたのは良かった！広くてベットが4つあり、キッチン付の部屋が良かったのいでこちらのホテルを選んだが、宿泊代が高い割にホテルまでタクシーを呼んだり出来ないし、朝食付きにしたら1種のお弁当しかなく甘い味付けで私達の口には合わなかったです。

因疫情關係, 能理解四宿四晚以上才收走垃圾及給新的毛巾。但三人入住時, 只有兩張被子, 向前台要求多一張被子也被拒絕, 十分遺憾呢。

Great stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated being able to select some hair products to try. The staff person on our check-out was particularly personable and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

위치가 좋았어요. 하카타역과 캐널시티 중간정도 되서 돌아다니기 편했구요. 지어진지 오래 안된곳이라 깨끗하고 직원분 영어발음이 일본식이 아니라 놀람요ㅎㅎ 객실에 싱크대와 전자랜지, 식탁있어서 편했습니다.. 기존 일본호텔들보다는 조금 넓은편..바닥이 걸을때 좀 울려요..그래서 윗층서 소음이 좀 나더라구요.실내화 꼭 신고 움직였어요

シャンプー、トリートメントを選んで色々と試せたのは良かった！広くてベットが4つあり、キッチン付の部屋が良かったのいでこちらのホテルを選んだが、宿泊代が高い割にホテルまでタクシーを呼んだり出来ないし、朝食付きにしたら1種のお弁当しかなく甘い味付けで私達の口には合わなかったです。

立地、部屋はとても良く、また利用したいと感じますが、残念だったのが朝食。1900円ほどの朝食をせんたくしたが、朝ドアノブに卵のサンドイッチがぶら下がっているだけ。2泊したのですが、流石に2日間連続で同じサンドイッチはきついです。朝食のそれ以外は基本的に満足でした。

Its located at a very walkable distance right between the Hakata Station and the Canal City. Room is very spacious that I can lay flat my suitcases out with no trouble. Facilities are very well equipped. All in all good. My only minus would be the air filters for the fan and the toilet need replacing.

Room was clean was huge for a Japan hotel. Only fuss was that it was a bit dim. Although it doesnt come with a dryer, the dryjng function of the shkwer was powerful enough to dry our clothes. Location wise was in between hakata station and canal city, 1 station away from Tenjin too! There is a shampoo bar at the reception, which allows you to try out various brands! Although no bfast was provided for free, there are a lot of options around that provides breakfast or you can preorder bento bfast from them.

博多駅からのアクセスは最高！どこに出かけるのにも便利。ちょっと大通りからは中に入ったところにあるせいか街中なのにとても静かに過ごせる。コンビニ、居酒屋、もつ鍋屋、うどん屋が徒歩で5分圏内なのもうれしい。長期滞在にも最適。ベッドのマットが硬めで好みが分かれる点とオーブントースターが無いのだけは少し残念。福岡はパンも美味しいし、温めて朝食に食べたかったー👍
