Ramada by Wyndham Cocoa

Boede der to nætter i forbindelse med, at vi skulle se Kennedy Space Center. Din beliggenhed i forhold til det. Udmærket hotel. Fin lobby. Fitness. Hyggelig pool, men den var lidt grøn, mene vi var der. De skulle til at rengøre, da vi rejste. Morgenmad ok.

The room was not cleaned that great, run down, stains on walls and doors, blood on a pillow, The hotel has really gone downhill I was shocked.

The Property was extremely well kept. Loved seeing the Groundskeeper take such pride in the landscaping! The Breakfast is advertised as “ Continental Breakfast “ However, we found that it was more like a Continental +Plus Breakfast!

We were at this hotel for about an hour. After driving all night we checked in and went to the room to shower and sleep. The floors were so dirty that I could see black foot prints when I stepped on the shower, then no hot water or water pressure. Took 30 minutes to get shampoo out of my hair. Pillows on the bed are the size of a small throw pillow for a couch. The room smelled of cheap fabuloso cleaner. We booked a new hotel and checked out. Guy at the front desk said they would refund my money if I would not give them a bad review. Well, guess what... No refund so here's your bad review. Do not book this hotel....RUN!!!

We paid online through the app but had to pay again for our reservation at the Ramada. The guy at the desk couldn’t find our reservation, so we had to pay. I had to contact customer service through Hotels.com, and they were able to sort it out and make sure we got a credit for the payment. I appreciated the support through hotels.com, but it could all have been avoided if the guy at the front desk didn’t require us to pay again. The breakfast was free, it wasn’t too far from the port, and that was nice before the cruise. It was okay place for one night, but I would suggest not paying in advance.
