Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Seef

I arrived late and I didnt like check in as the service was rudely interrupted by customers who didnt wait their turn so it took 10 mins to check in. The room itaelf was lovely, i liked the mural on the ceiling of dubai and the little details like the rope and the metal bars that contained the wardrobe and shelving unit. The room contained a fridge and had a kettle so i was able to make myself tea and cofffee whenever i wanted to. Breakfast had a good selection - pastries, fruit, cooked food, cereals so it catered for most diets. And seeing that they changed the items on the cooked section like boiled eggs one day, turkey bacon etc. It was interesting to see different versions of pork foods. I also used the pool one day as its only open until sunset (they seem to close things early at this hotel) - when i would use them. I was the only one in the pool and its manned by a lifeguard so we had a little chat. This was squeezed in before my sunset safari, which I've booked in the lobby. Definitely worth going. The second day my card key didn't work, even when i asked them to change the card. They called an engineer out (this was around 10pm) and he toiled to fix the mechanics, he tried his best. In the end i was moved to a different room (no mural, less natural light). The area is in the old down - Al Seef so its near the river and souks so its more interesting staying there

Very comfortable bed! Breakfast out of this world very tasty, f&b manager very attentive and the cooks that go out to offer food very friendly and efficient, I’m impressed because I was not expecting this kind of service for the rate I paid so it’s a great impression! House keeeping very attentive didn’t want my room cleaned and yet he insisted in giving me the bottles of water for that day(forgot how hot it gets) so a very caring service! Thanks definitely coming back to this place! Parking space plenty so it’s a 10 for me from this stay! Thanks

the overall stay was ok, not the 5 star hotel but the room and hotel are clean, there is a nice area surrounding the hotel for walking with restaurants. the hotel needs a coffee shop or a place to relax in.

Close to the Dubai creek, sightseeing. Hotel allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage. Vary happy with all services and facilities

Where to begin...when my wife and I checked in we were not given clear instructions on how to access the lift from the parking garage. Once inside our room, the remote control for the TV did not work. We notified reception and waited 45 minutes for someone to come. My husband finally went down to inform them in person. He was told they never received the call because the call went to an operator. When the engineer did make it to our room, he was able to turn on the TV, but the channels would not change. He told us that someone from reception would come and change the batteries...no one came! Also, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were runny, the sausage was cold, and the croissants were old. This was the worst experience at any Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. I do not recommend this hotel and we will never stay there again. We are Hilton Honors members and very disappointed in the product put forward. If I hadn't had business at the US Consulate, I would have moved to a different hotel.

Great service. I wish the pool stays open later than 6pm.

• Staff Friendliness: Exceptional friendliness from all staff members, exceeding expectations. • Housekeeping Suggestion: Bed sheets should be changed at least once every four or five days. It now has not been changed even once during our stay. • Building Improvement: Open up the view of the pool with glass walls, so you can look outside, now you are just surrounded with walls when laying at the pool. Increase the number of beds at the Pool. During our stay one family placed towels at all the beds and then went to breakfast or gym.

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit assez calme et dans une zone propre, le personnel est sympathique, la seule chose pour laquelle je met 4 étoiles c'est a cause de la chambre qui n'avait pas de fenêtre pour l'aération je préfère une fenêtre qu'on puisse ouvrir et fermer car ça sentait le renfermé, il avait également une odeur de cigarette sur le linge de lit, j'ai fait la remarque au personnel et une gentille dame est passé changé le linge de lit et a également très très bien nettoyer la chambre et sanitaires

The rooms of the hotel were clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a nice holiday, there was no problem.

We had a good stay. But the room did not have a good odor. The bed linens and pillow had an unpleasant smell. Even the room smell was not that good.

The place needs renovation - it is worn Down and Smells bad

Overall fair to poor. Not as clean or comfy. Never water to be in the room. Towels dingy some crusted with dead roach or brown nasty spots. Dots on rug sink leaking. Service fair but little follow up.

The hotel is a bit funky/minimalistic, however it worked fine. Good for a shorter stay. Not much around it but relatively close to the old bazar as well as only 10 minutes walk from Burjuman Metro.

Cozy and comfortable contemporary rooms

Séjour agréable car l'hôtel est super bien placé au bord du Creek dans un environnement calme de consulats de pays divers. Par contre les chambres disposent d'une commande d'éclairage compliquée et les salles d'eau sont inconfortables et mal conçues. Trop de déco et pas assez pensées pour le confort d'utilisation.

The whole hotel had bad ventilation and rooms smelled of cooking , breakfaat was basic and not jilton level at all , amd everytime youbask about spmething staff say this is hampton not included in service Hampton is hilton even if 3 stats

I have only superlatives concerning this hotel. The location close to Bur Dubai and Shendaghas and al-Fahidi is superb. Breakfast is delicious, clean, varied. The views from the beautifully vintage Mondrian-style decorated rooms are impressive, both towards the obelisk and towards old Dubai. The staff are efficient and professional. A spotless hotel with character and personality.

Room was dim, reading lite by the bed did not work, toilet seat was wobbly. Manage informed but nothing done.

Very comfortable bed! We absolutely loved our stay (in Dec 2022) at the place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and hard working and it is at a walking distance from Metro and other grocery/superstores. Its also kind of in the middle of old dubai/Deira and downtown/new dubai. The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful.. Will stay again. Highly recommended

All good. Just stay away from the travel desk lady. She will try to upsell you trips that are super expensive and ones that fetch higher commissions.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my hotel checkout. I requested assistance with my luggage as I wasn’t feeling well. Considering I had five suitcases and had stayed for a month, I expected some support. Unfortunately, I was left to handle the situation on my own, while two receptionists (both men) observed without offering any help.

Schlichte Unterkunft, aber vollkommend ausreichend. Modern und sauber. Leider 1km bis zur Metrostation, macht die Reise mit Öffis etwas beschwerlich. Viele Leute beim Frühstücksbuffet. Buffet und Getränke an sich aber gut. Umgebung super (Al Seef).

È’ in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia ed il relativo museo sulla riva sx del Creek. Discreti ristoranti in zona con l’affaccio sul canale e vicino all’aeroporto. Stanza con letto comodo e colazione buona per scelta e qualità.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Hampton. Notre chambre était très confortable et la décoration était amusante. Le déjeuner était excellent et le choix de nourriture était très varié. Bref, nous recommandons cet hôtel, très bien situé près de la vieille ville.

Breakfast was horrible I ordered cheeseburger for linch and I got food poisoning and the only thing fromt desk did to sent a doctor that she said will cost 450 durham after doctor came they charged me 4500 durham This hotel is toral acam

大雨が続いて部屋で雨漏りがして驚いた。違う部屋に変えてもらったが。ロケーションは良い。朝食は缶詰か冷凍食品のような味でおいしくなかった。インテリアはスタイリッシュ。

The only complain is that the breakfast in one way excellent but for long staying guests it should variate little more
