Serene 4Bed2Bath House w Parking Near Mornington Peninsula

NEGATIVESNo Communication prior to check in, I had to make contact day prior to check in for details.We had issues with both showers, main bathroom, shower head wouldn’t stay up very well had to hold while showering… Ensuite shower had major draining issues, with water going out into the rest of the bathroom, as with the sink. Owner wanted to come and look but didn’t suit…(he was already aware of issue from a previous review) another concern the smoke alarm is not installed on the ceiling, is sitting on the the tv cabinet… only ceiling fans in one bedroom, and fourth room not private as such as glass doors seperate (alright for kids but not couples)Noise was an issue on Saturday night with neighbours across the road partying until 2am (may have been a one off) POSITIVES Central heating was really good, off street parking and plenty of space in the home, close to the beach. Beds comfy in 3 of the 4 rooms.

Property was exactly as listed. 1 A/C unit in living area only though. Short drive to beach. Easy and prompt contact with management. Recomend.
