Fantastic location with direct access to the pool and beach. A gate from the pool area leads directly to the beach and to a number of restaurants and shops. The apartment has three terraces, including a sun terrace with sun beds and table and chairs. Excellent for sunbathing and eating. The roof terrace also has a shower and barbecue. Excellent outside living spaces. The inside of the apartment was very basic, including a sofa which was very worn and stained. Only one bedroom had air conditioning which was problematic as we experienced temperatures of up to 38 degrees while we were there. The ceiling fan was not sufficient. Also, there is a restriction of 15kw per day of electricity which required selective use of the air conditioning to avoid excess charges. Not ideal during a heatwave. Overall the location makes this a fantastic apartment for a holiday in Vera Playa but some internal upgrades would be welcomed. This apartment would not be good for people with mobility issues as there are three flights of stairs to navigate in order to reach it.
