This was our fourth stay at this property. Perfect for Yellowstone and surrounding area. The property is well appointed. Well stocked kitchen. Every appliance you can imagine. You feel like you’re at home.

If you are looking for an excellent location to explore Yellowstone, this is it. Description matches the listing and it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with extras so all we had to do was bring groceries. Wonderful soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom which was great after a long day of hiking. Beautiful views of the mountains. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place as it sits right next to the highway. The road noise does lessen at night for sleeping, but it’s very loud if you want to sit out on the patio during the day. Drew was great to work with quick with his communication and very helpful.

What a great place to start our daily Yellowstone and Paradise Valley adventures. The lower level was well-equipped with kitchen, living space with nice TV (when we needed a break), and full bath/laundry. The upstairs slept all four of us comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more. The room AC units and fans helped a lot to keep the upstairs cool after warm summer days. The unit is 30 min from Yellowstone, about the same from Livingston/I-90. We took a river float that started from Emigrant and spent a day at Chico Hot Spring - both only 5-10 min away. It was a great place and gave us quick access to a lot of activities. We would stay again!

Thanks Drew!Heavy road traffic heard all night long in master bedroom.Ants inside and outside at entrance and on patio, many spiders killed inside.The rooms were spacious. Beds are okay but the couches were difficult to get up from , couches are low and seat cushions sink. Placement of couches is difficult to watch TV from for 4 adults.The place was clean and had an abundance of supplies. Appliances were nice and clean. The AC was 2 portable units (kinda loud when they kicked on) and very difficult to keep the upstairs cool Had ceiling fans, but all lights connected with fans, so couldn’t keep fans always on. We had many days of high 70’s and 80’s.The road to the units had large holes in road, travel very slowly there.Patio was nice, but the magpies liked it and left their “calling cards” on the furniture and cushions. The trees close to the road in back blocks much of the view.Overall things were good!

We were Very happy, the kitchen was well stocked w dishes pots and pans crock pots coffee makers anything you would need. Very clean the host provided anything you may have forgotten. The location was also very nice. Beds were also very comfortable.

Great location, 30 min to Yellowstone, 30 min to Livingston. View is great, Place has everything you could ever want as far cooking and cleaning. Short walk to Follow Yer Nose and old time saloon, general store across street. For fine dining go to Sage, 5 min away. Chico Hot springs 10 min away. Hidden Gem.

We had our reunion at the condo but visited Yellowstone Park and Chico Hot Springs. Great location, nice condo with great views. The condo is well appointed with everything you need.

Overall it was the location that was key for us. The reviews were deceiving. Either that or I am getting old and grouchy. The condo had a very odd smell, like pet urine. It has everything as far as kitchen necessities for sure. The bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner. The pillows also smelled of urine. If you want the location this is the place. If you aren’t picky about cleanliness or organized closets and vanities that you have access to then stay elsewhere.

This was a great home base for our girls weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Nice location. We spent time at both Chico and Yellowstone Hot Springs. Took in live music at the Old Saloon and enjoyed an amazing meal at Sage. I would absolutely stay there again.

Townhouse was absolutely beautiful!! Was not only clean, but stocked with anything you could possibly need (other than perishables). If I had to have a complaint, it would be that the beds need new mattresses. Other than that, it was perfect! Is located in a small, quiet town with groceries, gas, post office, church, restaurants, and a bakery within walking distance. As a bonus, a group of mule deer visited every day, usually in the morning. Would definitely book again and refer it to anybody.

Quite convenient and so well equipped. It’s obvious the property owner / manager understands the needs of travelers who fly into the area. Other than food, there just wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available. Beautiful mountain views. Easy access to town and Yellowstone. No hesitation in staying here again when we have a chance to come back. It truly felt like home for the week. Thanks, Drew (and to your team whoever they are)!

Such lovely little condos to feel like you’re at home at such a beautiful place. The property was great. It has everything you would want. The only thing me and my family thought that would improve our stay would be better mattresses on the beds. If those were upgraded, it definitely would be a complete five star. But other than that it was perfect.

Short walk to Follow Yer Nose and old time saloon, general store across street. For fine dining go to Sage, 5 min away. Chico Hot springs 10 min away. Hidden Gem.

If you are looking for an excellent location to explore Yellowstone, this is it. Description matches the listing and it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with extras so all we had to do was bring groceries. Wonderful soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom which was great after a long day of hiking. Beautiful views of the mountains. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place as it sits right next to the highway. The road noise does lessen at night for sleeping, but it’s very loud if you want to sit out on the patio during the day. Drew was great to work with quick with his communication and very helpful.

Quite convenient and so well equipped. It’s obvious the property owner / manager understands the needs of travelers who fly into the area. Other than food, there just wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available. Beautiful mountain views. Easy access to town and Yellowstone. No hesitation in staying here again when we have a chance to come back. It truly felt like home for the week. Thanks, Drew (and to your team whoever they are)!

Property contact answered emails quickly. Thanks Drew!Heavy road traffic heard all night long in master bedroom.Ants inside and outside at entrance and on patio, many spiders killed inside.The rooms were spacious. Beds are okay but the couches were difficult to get up from , couches are low and seat cushions sink. Placement of couches is difficult to watch TV from for 4 adults.The place was clean and had an abundance of supplies. Appliances were nice and clean. The AC was 2 portable units (kinda loud when they kicked on) and very difficult to keep the upstairs cool Had ceiling fans, but all lights connected with fans, so couldn’t keep fans always on. We had many days of high 70’s and 80’s.The road to the units had large holes in road, travel very slowly there.Patio was nice, but the magpies liked it and left their “calling cards” on the furniture and cushions. The trees close to the road in back blocks much of the view.Overall things were good!

We were Very happy, the kitchen was well stocked w dishes pots and pans crock pots coffee makers anything you would need. Very clean the host provided anything you may have forgotten. The location was also very nice. Beds were also very comfortable.

What a great place to start our daily Yellowstone and Paradise Valley adventures. The lower level was well-equipped with kitchen, living space with nice TV (when we needed a break), and full bath/laundry. The upstairs slept all four of us comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more. The room AC units and fans helped a lot to keep the upstairs cool after warm summer days. The unit is 30 min from Yellowstone, about the same from Livingston/I-90. We took a river float that started from Emigrant and spent a day at Chico Hot Spring - both only 5-10 min away. It was a great place and gave us quick access to a lot of activities. We would stay again!

The property was clean and comfortable. The layout was a little different with one of the bathrooms being downstairs. The host was very responsive and friendly. Good food at the Old Saloon nearby. Beautiful scenery all around . Would stay there again.
