The view was spectacular. We felt safe. Close to restaurants and fun things to do. Beach and ocean was great. Pool was very good also. Cafe was a great option and very good. Condo had everything we needed. The laundry on each floor was nice. Oscar who helped us check in was great. The condo was a little worn down and could use some updating. The mattress in the master bedroom had a lot of stains which we noticed when we stripped the beds. Overall we were satisfied and would go again.

My family and I stayed (2 adults, 2 children) in December. The unit is on the 10th floor and has a direct view of the ocean. Absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The unit itself is a bit dated and shows the normal wear and tear of the ocean air, but is overall well maintained. There are a very limited number of outlets (as expected of a property that age) so recommend bringing a power station for charging all your electronics. The kitchen was equipped (standard coffee pot/not a Keurig.) There were plenty of filters provided. There is a beach closet inside the unit with chairs, coolers, and way too many beach balls… We added our own sandcastle kit. It was convenient to avoid having to rent, but a couple of the chairs were broken. The unit was functionally equipped but quite sparse, nothing to make it feel homey or comfortable after the beach. There was a crib, although I don’t know if it meets current safety standards. I had no problem using it for my 18 month old (bring your own sheets). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and beach towels. Although they definitely need to be replaced as they are showing their age. The property is directly on the beach. The pool was advertised to be heated, but was not working during our stay. Thankfully, there is a sister building, and we were able to walk over and use that one. Not crowded as it was December but small for the unit, so keep that in mind in peak season.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped, we cooked a lot of our meals and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool was easy. Only con was charge for the fob that gets you into the building and beach etc. I feel it should be included; or at least, the $30 charge should include 2 fobs.

Everything was great and as described. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. Nothing related to the hosts, but the valet parking person that is a step in the process of getting in should not be in a customer position since he is not helpful. If we wouldn’t have run into him the whole experience would be perfect plus!

Really enjoyed this beachfront property. The cafe /store on the property was convenient. Only downside was the heat in the pool not working. Didnt find out we could use the other pool til the last day we were there.

I Can say that the people helping with the check in were very kind however management is terrible , never have I ever experience a check in like this , you have to show up with the caretaker , pay 100 for 2 night parking pay $60 for a fob to be able to get into the building , wait to get wrist bands too and on top of that the condo was outdated and moldy , as soon as we open the door we could tell right away that it’s mold . The only good thing was the view Definitely not staying here again

This unit leaves a lot to be desired. We first walked in and saw a one lame pillow on each bed position. This was the first bit of trouble. The paint was peeling from the walls. Tiles in bathroom were all patched. Stains on the ceiling. Our master toilet ran the entire time. Master TV didn’t work and was told I needed to go buy batteries for the remote. Here is one of my favorites…the sheet pan for the oven didn’t even fit in the oven. We had to use microwave only. Host wasn’t helpful and couldn’t be bothered. I would look else where if I were you. But it was beach front so that was nice. This made me lose trust in Evolve

We realized soon upon arrival that we paid for the view not the space! Needs updated and many repairs needed-bathroom faucet broken, bathtub faucet broken, patio door wouldn’t close, keypad lock on door needed repair. Generally, the space is outdated! Over priced-pay for the view elsewhere. Heads up-if you rent this space, bring towels, wash clothes, etc. We had 4 adults and were provided 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. Also washer and dryer are NOT located in unit and there is a charge.

Everything was as pictured. View is STUNNING! Unit was very clean and well equipped. Check in is a little tricky but they give you clear instructions. Host was very welcoming and communicative. My only complaint is the pillows. They are old and really flat. Once you take pillowcases off some of them had some staining. New pillows and washable pillow covers are n deed. The bedspreads are clean but old and drab. Could use new in s with a little punch of color. Everything is brown. Overall, highly recommend! Beautiful view, great location, great hosts!

We had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out. Oscar met us at check in and was extremely informative! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, have to use Uber to get around. Best part was the spectacular view from the ocean front balcony.

Oscar, our caretaker who helped with anything we needed, was fabulous! His communication and helpfulness was excellent and I'd like to award him, personally, a 10 out of 10! The property location is excellent. I think the property inside is a little dated and could use a little refresh - especially with the primary views of the ocean from the living room. The windows need to be replaced and currently are very "hazy". They really detract from what would be phenomenal views. Oscar was an excellent host, though, and we would consider returning.

The view is the best around. Being on the 10th floor made the ocean view glorious. Balcony was the best spot for morning coffee and night time wine. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all really tidy and clean. Caretaker made it easy for the registration to receive the key fob and pool wristband for $30. We did not have a car - so we didn't need any of the extra costs for parking. Hallendale Beach area is close by and have fabulous restaurants. The Hollywood Broadwalk was really fun with the stores and food. Definitely going to book for next year's girls trip.

Overall we had a great stay! Our only complaints: the master bath toilet was leaky and a couple beach chairs were broken which we unfortunately didn’t notice until we already had them down at the beach. The owner assured me this was already taken care of for the next guests. I think it’s good for people to know you need a key fob for every 2 people, as we had to get 2 ($60, since there were 3 of us). We loved the view and the beds were very comfy. They also provided good quality beach towels. We enjoyed the place and would consider staying there again. Also have to recommend the pizza across the street 🙂

Oscar, our caretaker who helped with anything we needed, was fabulous! His communication and helpfulness was excellent and I'd like to award him, personally, a 10 out of 10! The property location is excellent. I think the property inside is a little dated and could use a little refresh - especially with the primary views of the ocean from the living room. The windows need to be replaced and currently are very "hazy". They really detract from what would be phenomenal views. Oscar was an excellent host, though, and we would consider returning.

This unit leaves a lot to be desired. We first walked in and saw a one lame pillow on each bed position. This was the first bit of trouble. The paint was peeling from the walls. Tiles in bathroom were all patched. Stains on the ceiling. Our master toilet ran the entire time. Master TV didn’t work and was told I needed to go buy batteries for the remote. Here is one of my favorites…the sheet pan for the oven didn’t even fit in the oven. We had to use microwave only. Host wasn’t helpful and couldn’t be bothered. I would look else where if I were you. But it was beach front so that was nice. This made me lose trust in Evolve

We had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out. Oscar met us at check in and was extremely informative! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, have to use Uber to get around. Best part was the spectacular view from the ocean front balcony.

Everything was great and as described. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. Nothing related to the hosts, but the valet parking person that is a step in the process of getting in should not be in a customer position since he is not helpful. The view is the best around. Being on the 10th floor made the ocean view glorious. Balcony was the best spot for morning coffee and night time wine. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all really tidy and clean. Caretaker made it easy for the registration to receive the key fob and pool wristband for $30. We did not have a car - so we didn't need any of the extra costs for parking. Hallendale Beach area is close by and have fabulous restaurants. The Hollywood Broadwalk was really fun with the stores and food. Definitely going to book for next year's girls trip.

As other guests have mentioned, the unit is not lavishly appointed. It does not need to be, as the ocean views from the unit are worth the price of admission alone. If i was not on the in the ocean, sitting on the beach, or sitting by the pool, I was sitting on the balcony reading and enjoying the magnificent ocean view.The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, flatware, and other kitchen essentials for either short or long-term stays. The freezer even has a working ice-maker, which I have found, is not common in vacation rentals. I agree with other reviews that it would be wise to bring a few extra power strips or extension cords as this is an older building and the electrical outlets are not necessarily where you would expect or want them to be. There are enough beach chairs in the main closet for a medium/large family as well as pool toys and floaties for small children. There were also leftover/donated sunscreen and aloe gel, which we also donated to.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped, we cooked a lot of our meals and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool was easy. Only con was charge for the fob that gets you into the building and beach etc. I feel it should be included; or at least, the $30 charge should include 2 fobs.

We just had a girls trip last week here with 5 ladies. We had the best time. Oscar was amazing to work with. He was very helpful and responded quickly. The view was amazing and it was nice to have the pool and the beach. It was close to a lot of areas.

Knew that from pictures But upon arrival it was more apparent it needs updating. We only chose this unit because of sleeping arrangements. They’re some nicer units at same price. There was a hole in wall behind fridge. A couple times I saw a few tiny bugs on counter but not excessive. The A/C did not keep up with FL temps! Even at night. Woke up hot several times. Overall we still had a great stay despite these inconveniences. Plenty of towels and blankets but only 2 bathroom wash clothes for 5 people.
