This was an amazing stay! The house was impeccably clean with all the amenities we could possibly want! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The patio had a great fire pit with everything needed to enjoy it! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge! We lived like royalty for three days!

I love the openness of this house—the way the kitchen is open to the living room. We ate a few meals at the island while watching Christmas movies. The sectional sofa was super comfortable. The master suite was great, though the shower was a bit small. We enjoyed the firepit on the back patio. It was fully stocked with toiletries, kitchen necessities and kitchen tools—more than most Homes we’ve stayed in. And for us, the location was great—we drove to Carlsbad National Park a couple days; drove to Guadalupe Mountains National Park one day; and drove to Roswell for a day. Very happy with our stay.

Everything was great!! The property was spotless and as advertised, the location was close enough to town and the drive to the caverns was an easy one. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Carlsbad, also the garage access was a great plus!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house in Carlsbad with the cozy grassy backyard and deck with ceiling fans. The house is in a quiet newer neighborhood, close to quaint older neighborhoods with large yards and farm animals and an easy drive into town and nearby highway. The house was well lit and comfortable with soft bedding/towels and great pots/pans, dishes, and microwavable containers and very clean but could have used reading lamps in the living room, more personalized and colorful art/decor, and some niceties like napkins/facial tissue, luggage racks, and a cheese grater. The master bath's shower wqs amazing, but we would have appreciated a grab bar for the bathroom. We didn't need heat or a/c during our stay. Dish TV worked great. The laundry center was very appreciated (including basket), as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. We would have appreciated a chance to recycle, with the housekeeper bringing the recycling into town for guests. We recommend that the owner ceases using the plug-in air freshener in the home as the fragrance is overpowering for those sensitive to scents. The property was a short drive away from Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park in Texas. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend this house in Carlsbad to all.

Came for my son's wedding. This was a very spacious home, that gave great vibes as soon as you opened the door. My grandson loved the spacious backyard. After all of the festivities over the weekend it was nice to come to a peaceful place that reminds you of home!! Very relaxing, . Carlsbad is a hidden Gem. i'll stay there again when i come visit my son.

House was just lovely! The pictures didn't do it justice. It was decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal. The recliner couch and the bed were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this amazing home in Carlsbad. We highly recommend this place because it is convenient, quiet, and has everything you need for your vacation. We only have to bring food, clothes, and our hiking gear. It is an easy 30-minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns, and an hour to Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Lincoln National Forest. Jeannie is an amazing host with prompt response and answers questions right away. Her recommendations are great as well. If I could, I would duplicate this house on my own land because it is such a great layout and perfect for couples and families. We give it four thumbs up - all 4 of us loved it! We have two young adult sons and they were able to have a part of the house to themselves. The main bedroom and bathrooms suite were on the other side of house so we had privacy as well. We all came together for meals and down time in the living area. We highly recommend this place!
This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this amazing home in Carlsbad. We highly recommend this place because it is convenient, quiet, and has everything you need for your vacation. We only have to bring food, clothes, and our hiking gear. It is an easy 30-minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns, and an hour to Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Lincoln National Forest. Jeannie is an amazing host with prompt response and answers questions right away. Her recommendations are great as well. If I could, I would duplicate this house on my own land because it is such a great layout and perfect for couples and families. We give it four thumbs up - all 4 of us loved it! We have two young adult sons and they were able to have a part of the house to themselves. The main bedroom and bathrooms suite were on the other side of house so we had privacy as well. We all came together for meals and down time in the living area. We highly recommend this place!

Nice quiet neighborhood and very clean and modern house. The kitchen has everything needed to fix your meals. Bathrooms and bedrooms are large and clean. Landlord is easy to connect with if any issues arise. Highly recommended for a stay in Carlsbad.

Everything was great!! The property was spotless and as advertised, the location was close enough to town and the drive to the caverns was an easy one. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Carlsbad, also the garage access was a great plus!

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything we could need for cooking including some basic spices etc. It was close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. We went to Carlsbad National Park and Guadalupe National Park while we were there and it was not too bad of a drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house in Carlsbad with the cozy grassy backyard and deck with ceiling fans. The house is in a quiet newer neighborhood, close to quaint older neighborhoods with large yards and farm animals and an easy drive into town and nearby highway. The house was well lit and comfortable with soft bedding/towels and great pots/pans, dishes, and microwavable containers and very clean but could have used reading lamps in the living room, more personalized and colorful art/decor, and some niceties like napkins/facial tissue, luggage racks, and a cheese grater. The master bath's shower wqs amazing, but we would have appreciated a grab bar for the bathroom. We didn't need heat or a/c during our stay. Dish TV worked great. The laundry center was very appreciated (including basket), as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. We would have appreciated a chance to recycle, with the housekeeper bringing the recycling into town for guests. We recommend that the owner ceases using the plug-in air freshener in the home as the fragrance is overpowering for those sensitive to scents. The property was a short drive away from Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park in Texas. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend this house in Carlsbad to all.

Great location. House has a very nice layout. The backyard was small but serene. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. Furniture comfortable. If another trip to Carlsbad is in our future this is where we will stay!

The place was really clean and comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen because we like to cook. The Caverns were amazing, definitely recommend people checking them out! The river running through Carlsbad was really beautiful as well and we enjoyed breakfast on Sunday at the Trinity hotel. Fun trip!

Our family really enjoyed this house. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and super comfy made for a fantastic trip. Just bring your clothes, hiking gear, and food. Everything else is provided. Super comfy beds, linens smelled amazing, quick response by Jeannie, wonderful communication. We highly recommend this place!
