Host is responsive, property is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being so close to Wildcat boat ramp. Property is very family friendly with a yard and nice deck looking to the White River.

Property was in very good condition. Only issue was the boat in the garage that inhibited the parking of my vehicle and the personal entry and exit from the garage area. The boat should be either removed from the garage or the VRBO write up should exclude the use of the garage.
