Außergewöhnliche 3BDR am Sugar Lake South Shoreline

Great location, spacious, great view of lake, very accommodating, impressing kitchen, forgot to check and make sure of handicap accessibility. But everything worked out Great!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was great. However there are some quirky things about the property that people should be aware of. The kitchen and lakefront are the stars of this property. The basement is the downside. The floor in the basement is similar to a garage floor, not really finished and our young girls didn’t want to sleep down there because it was too cold. There were also many outlets throughout that didn’t work. Another issue is the lack of a kitchen table. There was a plastic half table and folding chairs that were not made for a dining room and not comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. We ended up sitting at the kitchen counter which was okay. Otherwise our stay was great and Kyle was really great and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay especially because we were preparing a Thanksgiving feast, and the kitchen is so wonderful for preparing meals. Well-stocked with all the essentials.

What an awesome place! We spent most of our time on the main floor with the huge kitchen and cozy living room. The master bedroom and master bath are comfortable, spacious and first class. It's updated throughout and we really enjoyed our stay.

Spent the weekend here to have quality time with family that live in the Rapids area - great space, right on the water, plenty of room and very family friendly. Baby gates installed on the stairs which was fantastic with 4 kids 3 and under. Well-stocked kitchen with professional-grade appliances made family meals an extra treat. Master bed/bath upstairs is very large and nice to have a little space between our two families. Communication with the owner was open and friendly. Hoping to come back in summer when we can enjoy the lake more!
