Pet-Friendly Loft Vacation Rental w/ Fire Pit!

Very nice. Clean and wonderful location

I’m sure the loft is lovely in the warner months, but it should not be rented in the winter months, not when there is any snow on the ground. The problem is that deck and stairs also serve as a fire escape should there be a fire in the lower units. There was at least 12-18 inches of snow and ice packed on the deck which prevented the exit door from being opened more than 1-2 inches. At 3 am when I realized my family would be trapped like rats in the event of a fire in the lower units, I got dressed and went out in 10-degree weather to clear the backdoor while my wife pushed from the inside. The kitchen pipes froze. I could not figure out how to get live tv. I texted the owner who had the nerve to tell me I would have to subscribe to a tv service or go across the street to a bar and watch the game. #1 – I already subscribe to DirecTV, but his TV did not have that app available #2 I just paid several hundred dollars to spend time with my family in a loft, not to run out to a bar in the cold. All the loft needed was a $15 tv antenna. I NEVER have to worry about having live tv at hotel. Never! The loft itself is very nice – great location and the wifi and heating worked well. The shower was terrible - no pressure. But the loft was very clean and neat and frankly night #2 was very pleasurable after I had the backdoor cleared and I could sleep easy because my family was no longer trapped. And I bought a $18 Roku, so I could use the Directv app to watch the Bills game.

We loved the loft vacation rental right in the heart of Bemus Point. We didn't know it was also the Fall Fest weekend which was delightful! The host/owner, Ken, kindly shared a lovely bottle of Chardonnay which we enjoyed right upon checkin at sunset on the porch. We enjoyed having our little dog with us and the perfect amenities with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom on a relaxing weekend trip!
